The location of this house with respect to the beach, places to eat, and things to do is exceptional. The outdoor entertainment space, the kitchen area and the living room are also top tier. Some things to consider with this house is the laundry room is outside on ground level, which is not ideal, especially in the rain. Also, there are no bathtubs in the house, so plan ahead if you have a toddler not yet ready for showers. Finally, the room with the twin bed has no closet or dresser. By far, the best part of the house is the pool/outside entertainment area and the location of the house.
