Great vacation house!
The house itself is very nice. Was super clean, had a great pool with hot tub, ping pong table and grill downstairs along with an outdoor dining area. It had multiple decks, the third floor, front of the house deck can seat the whole family. The kitchen has plenty of space and a nice indoor dining room. There are bedrooms of all sizes; has 2 masters, a couple with twin beds, and a couple smaller ones. The best part of the house is the location. It is right across one of the best beaches (like literally 30 second walk) on the island, and then has the intercoastal right on the other side. You get a view over the water on both sides from the third floor deck. A lot of great restaurants and bars with live music are all easily within walking distance. Maybe a quarter of a mile, or less away depending on what you want to hit up. I would definitely recommend. No complaints at all here. Everything was in working condition and it's a great house in a great location.

Rising Tide
Rising Tide home was fabulous!! Was as advertised. Views great! Very short walk to most beautiful beaches! Came with beach chairs and a wagon! Short walk to restaurants and shopping! Short drive to pretty much anything you could need. We had a couple of things we needed that we thought should be provided and AMI responded to emails, texts immediately and provided- responsiveness and service was great! Highly recommend this home!!!

Great Experience
Wonderful accommodations and would likely stay again. Location was excellent….steps from the Gulf and sunsets were amazing. A few hiccups along the way…..AMI quickly responded to those issues and was able to resolve. Overall the location was clean and convenient with outstanding service.

Beautiful house by the beach
Beautiful house by the beach. It accommodated two families and grandparents. The house was clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. All the rooms had televisions and the pool was beautiful. The owners responded to all inquiries very quickly. Would love to stay at this house again.

BEST LOCATION + Stellar Views!
This house is steps away from the beach and the intracoastal so you get stunning water views from everywhere in the house! I have stayed in several homes in AMI and this one is my favorite. Distance to the beach is key - we didn't have to worry about loading the car or looking for parking (a huge bonus when you have kiddos). The home is beachy coastal with lots of hang-out places. I also love that the pool is more open / uncovered, so you get more poolside sun than most of the other houses in AMI. And you can't beat the location - it's right next to Bridge Street so you can walk everywhere - cocktails, dinner, live music, shopping, etc! We spent a lot of time on the top floor large balcony - it has a dining room table and sectional so you can eat breakfast with the sunrise and dinner with the sunset. The yard is epic for family & friend get-togethers. It has so many seating areas: outdoor TV, loungers, sectionals, dining room table, fire pit + chairs, and a ping pong table + outdoor fridge. This house gave us everything we needed for a perfect vacation - will be back!

Lovely rental property
Such a lovely rental at Rising Tide. It is really convenient to have two living rooms, we felt as though that allowed us to have more privacy when we wanted it. The whole house was very comfortable and spacious. The kitchen had everything we needed and we so enjoyed the exterior downstairs area. Loved being able to BBQ meals outside while the kids had fun using the mini golf area and they loved the lifesize connect four game. The location here is really amazing, less than a 5-minute walk to the beach (we are slow walkers..... too.) We loved this property!
