We absolutely loved Salt and Sand. The property is brand new, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated with extremely comfortable and high-end furniture and finishes. The mattresses were so comfortable that I had to look at the brand to buy one for myself. The location on the tip of Cortez was perfect. We walked to the beach and didn't have the hassle of driving and parking. The July 4th holiday showed us that this location is ideal and provides all the benefits of the Island without the congestion. We shared the house with another couple that we have been traveling with for years. We all shared the same opinion that the house and location were perfect. The house was spacious, well stocked with any amenity we needed, high quality TVs in the rooms, and amazing views off the back lanais of the bay and gulf. We watched boats pass on the canal throughout the day and even went fishing and caught a Jack right out the back door. An absolute 5 out of 5 in all areas. We will be booking this again soon and may try a month in the winter.
