We take great pride in our Luxury Vacation Rental Properties and treat these Homes as if they were our very own! We offer a variety of home types and sizes to fit perfectly into your vacation plans and needs.

With our company, you are not just another Reservation Number.  
Our homes are all unique, have amazing features, and are in beautiful locations - and our amazing AMI Locals Reservations Team knows the ins-and-outs of each property.  Unlike large hotels, or large property management companies, where you make a reservation with employees that have likely never been to the home or room they are describing to you, your Reservation Agent with AMI Locals knows the property.  They want to make sure you find the right home for you - and they use their knowledge to ensure that happens.  Call us today!  We get to know you, we listen to your questions and feedback, and we always try to make sure we put you in the exact home that will best suit you.

WHAT OTHER SUPPORT DOES AMI LOCALS OFFER?

We have fantastic Guest Services staff members that provide support for both our Reservations Team and our guests.  We also have a dedicated in-house Maintenance staff (not outsourced) to always lend a helping hand and to keep our properties in tip-top shape before you arrive; as well as address any unexpected situation that might occur.  Also, our cleaning crew adheres to the strictest guidelines to make your home is "hotel fresh" for your stay.  Lastly, we have all of our linens commercially laundered off-site, to ensure the highest sanitation standards possible.

OKAY, I FOUND MY VACATION HOME, WHAT'S INCLUDED?

Our AMI Locals team really goes above and beyond to make sure your home is stocked with all the amenities you could want. If you are visiting for a special occasion or holiday and want to know if a house is stocked with a certain item that you need, just reach out to Guest Services and ask. They know their home's content extremely well and can give you a full up to date inventory.

HOME Features

I HAVE ARRIVED, NOW HOW DO I GET IN?

When you arrive to your chosen luxury vacation home, the check-in process is simple. You will be given an entry code that is specifically generated for your reservation only and these codes are never duplicated. You don't have to pick up any cumbersome keys or wait in line in our office. Your vacation can begin right away! This is your time, and we don't want to waste a second of it! 

Prior to your arrival, we will be available to answer any questions that you may have about your stay with us. We will also send you a pre-arrival email that will contain your unique entry code and any other pertinent information regarding your reservation. The in-home Rental Binder will include useful information about the house and flyers or maps for you to use during your stay.

THE HOUSE IS AWESOME, BUT WHAT ELSE IS THERE TO DO?

We want to use our local knowledge to help you enjoy your stay. Shoot us a text, give us a call, and we will help you vacation like a local. All of our team members live on or around Anna Maria Island. We are local through and through! Not all of us were lucky enough to be born here, but we are all lucky enough to call this area home now. We LOVE spending time enjoying all that our island has to offer just as much as our visitors do. We fish, we dive, we bike, we surf, we kayak, we beach it, we boat, we eat out, we shop, and we do it all locally.
