AMI Locals has not only met my expectations, but they have exceeded them! I came on board 100% Feb 1, 2018 with my 5 properties. I did an extensive update to all 5 homes, with new paint (inside and out) and new furnishings, 6 months later my properties look just as new as they did Feb 1. They truly take care of the homes as if they were their own. I have been with 3 other rentals companies in the previous 13 years. AMI Locals is by far the best! They are very in tune with the property and it gives the guests more of a boutique and upscale feel when they are renting the luxury properties. And, last but not least they stated what these properties could generate in income and they have exceeded that. I highly recommend AMI Locals to everyone!

It is very important for me to have a rental company that can keep up with the maintenance of my homes, and that when my guests arrive they find a spectacular and well-cared for home that warrants the price they paid. Anna Maria Island is an amazing place, and I want my guests to have a great experience, and I want them to know where to go and what to do while they are here so they come back. AMI Locals does a great job with all of this, and the concierge services they provide the guests is amazing.
