Welcome to Beach View Retreat, a custom-built home on a quiet, peaceful street and is just a quick stroll away from the soft white sugary sands of one of Anna Maria Island's top beaches, Manatee Public Beach! This five-bedroom and four-bath getaway features a private pool, hot tub, outdoor kitchen, and a rooftop deck with fantastic views of the bay to the east and even the Sunshine Skyway to the north. Pack your bags for the best vacation yet!

Follow the stairs to the great room and instantly feel the island vibe. In the kitchen, you will find stunning cabinetry with culinary essentials and space for groceries, stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space, and island seating. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely modern coastal seating area with a tv and a formal wood dining table, plus two separate entries to the front-facing balcony.

The primary bedroom is like a private suite with a seating area, tv, and a private balcony with a small table and chairs for your cozy morning coffee with a view and access to the rooftop deck. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity, tub, walk-in shower, gorgeous stone tile, and a walk-in closet! The second and third bedrooms are on the third floor and have bright beachy colors, private balconies, and share a hall bath with a walk-in shower. The downstairs bedrooms have bright beachy decor, pool views, and their own ensuite bathrooms.

Relax in the secluded, lushly landscaped backyard with a pool, hot tub, and orange trees that exude a sweet hint of fragrance. Grill up a delicious meal at the outdoor kitchen and gather with guests with a refreshing drink poolside.

Once you arrive, you will never need to drive anywhere: walk across the street to the beach, to our local favorite, Skinny's Place, for burgers, shops, and the Publix grocery store. And if you choose to venture further on the Island, you can easily hop on the free trolley at the nearby stop.
