Located on the island's north side, you are just two blocks away from famous Pine Avenue, where you can indulge in shopping at the local boutiques and check out delicious meals and treats with local flair. Whether your guests like to kayak in the bay, try all the different flavored donuts at The Donut Experiment, or stay in to watch their favorite movie, the Blue Marlin has something to offer everyone on their fantastic Anna Maria Island vacation.

The Blue Marlin is a welcoming four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom vacation home. The main living floor offers guests a comfortable and airy atmosphere where guests can grab a seat on the couch and unwind while catching up on their favorite tv show. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with cabinet space for all your necessities to enjoy a great meal, broad countertops, and an island bar with seating for up to six guests. The dining room table has space for all your guests to enjoy a tasty meal or connect over a board game. The main living space opens to the deck, where you can enjoy a tropical drink and the island breeze as you lounge outdoors.

The primary bedroom provides an upscale spa-like atmosphere with a private balcony, double vanity, closet for storing your vacation attire, large walk-in shower, and stand-alone soaking bathtub. The second bedroom is accessed from the main level deck and has beautiful coastal hues, a wet bar with a wine/beer cooler, and an ensuite bathroom with an inviting walk-in shower. The third and fourth bedrooms are on the third floor, both with ensuite bathrooms and walk-in showers.

Kick back and relax in your private backyard paradise, where you can lay out in the sun, swim in your heated pool, and loosen-up sore muscles in the spa. Those looking for more engaging activities can play a round of golf on the private greenery or retreat under the covered patio for a game of pool. The patio is equipped with a BBQ grill to cook up some delicious island meals, an outdoor table for eight guests, and an island bar for sipping drinks and watching tv. Explore the 7-mile island using the free island trolley and stop by the local boutiques and restaurants on Pine Avenue. If you want to explore not just the land but the sea, book a guided tour and or rent from a local shop to further your experience on Anna Maria Island.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.
We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
