Freckled Fin

We recently stayed at the Freckled Fin property on Anna Maria Island. This place is GORGEOUS. The house was immaculate upon arrival. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking items which is lovely as I am a Chef. Having a starter supply of some cleaning supplies and paper goods was a lovely touch. This property is walking distance to everything, the beach, the bayside and loads of quaint eateries and cafes. We spent a lot of time in the backyard at the pool and hot tub. All linens and pool towels were provided. Having a washer and dryer is key as we pack light. Every bedroom has an en-suite bathroom which is amazing. The attached in law suite was spacious and perfect for those who want a little more privacy. Working with AMI was seamless. They were very responsive and accommodated an early check in. The check in instructions were perfect, everything was finalized electronically which made it all easy. I made several calls to AMI with questions which they responded to immediately. This is a high end property with a high end management company can tell works hard to ensure a lovely stay. Will definitely be returning!

Great trip
We were looking from a home away from home stay. We found Anna Maria Island a few years ago and we love making it our special trip. Freckled Fin is such a special house!!!! It's in a GREAT location which makes it convenient for the beach, food, drinks, etc. The house itself is so beautiful. We loved the decorations and the furniture. We think the owners did a really good job making this house a beach paradise. The separate smaller house was perfect for our in-laws this time, because they had privacy but could come back inside the bigger house to spend time with us. They loved having their own smaller fridge too in there. The pool was really nice and we loved having areas to sit outside. The TV out there was a major hit, we watched movies and games out there. We can't thank Freckled Fin enough for our best stay yet

Simply Outstanding!!!

My husband and I just returned from a wonderful stay at the Freckled Fin the house was exactly as pictured on the AMI Locals website, it is a beautiful home, exceptionally clean and located in our favorite area in the north part of the island of AMI. Our reservation process with AMI Locals was seamless and professional, the week before we arrived I received an email with the instructions for arrival and keyless entry to the home, no need to check in to an office or anything. We will definitely be using AMI Locals for our return visits to the island and will definitely consider them for the management of our rental home when we make our purchase in the next several years. We always love our time on AMI, we never want to leave......and this time at this beautiful home made it even harder.

Fantastic place for our group of 4 couples! Everyone had their own bathrooms, plenty of seating for everyone, pool was amazing and walking distance to everything on the northern part of the island. House was immaculate and well appointed. Will definitely return to the Freckled Fin.

Awesome Family Getaway
I rented the Freckled Fin for my extended family and this house did not disappoint! The in-law suite worked perfectly for its intended purpose! My husband's parents really enjoyed that space that allowed them to spend time with us and the grandkids, but had their own space to unwind in the evenings! The furnishings and layout of the home were very thought out. The house is on a big lot and there was so much room outside for us to enjoy! We spent a lot of time out in the pool, but it was so nice to have the ball field a few doors down. The kids went over there to play catch a few times. This was a wonderful home, and we can't say enough great things about our trip to Anna Maria and our stay at the Freckled Fin!

Beautiful Home
This is our fifth visit to AMI and this home was our favorite thus far. The location was convenient to the beach and Pine Ave. It was in immaculate condition and very spacious. The decor was amazing and the king size beds with individual baths were so nice. Having the 1/2 bath was convenient as well. Traci made the process of booking this home so easy with her professionalism and organization. She was always quick in responding when we had questions before and during our stay. Hope to come back again soon!

Perfection
Freckled Fin was absolute perfection. Clean, organized, and fit our needs to a "T". We loved the open concept kitchen, dining room, and living room. Not to mention how spacious the kitchen was with loads of counter space. The bedrooms were perfect for our family and we spent many evenings out by the pool, enjoying a glass of wine.
