Great Family Getaway

Great house! Great location! Our family has rented many houses through the years. I have to say this is the best house we have rented by far. Spacious, clean, beautifully designed and AMI Locals were great to work with. We will be back!

Great Memories
We loved everything about this house! We had plenty of room for our whole family and it was well equipped with everything we could need. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach and the relaxing backyard. The kids loved all of the games that were provided and had a blast. Waking up in the morning and having coffee up on the rooftop balcony was nothing short of stunning. We would definitely stay here again!

Just as Advertised!
The property was just as advertised. We had multiple families joining us and had enough space to enjoy our time together. The kids loved the pool and the slide and we also loved the short distance to the beach. We caught sunset every night and explored the island with the free trolly service.

Fabulous Family Holiday

 

We came out from England to spend an intensive week theme parking in Orlando followed by a recovery week chilling by a beach. This was to celebrate a big birthday for me with my wife and family. We were a party of 6 adults and 6 Kids ages from 17 down to 5.
We could not have found a more perfect place to stay. The house is superb throughout, everything you could possibly need is there. Fabulous bedrooms, all the family were very happy with the selection. The lift was very handy transporting luggage to all floors when we arrived.
My wife and I had the master bedroom on the top floor with it's large balcony area and steps up to the sun deck where you get great views of the ocean one side and the bay on the other.
It was also a bonus that we could sit all of us together for meals in the huge kitchen/dining area. Breakfast on one or other of the upper terrace areas was lovely in the mornings.
The pool is brilliant with it's slide, waterfall and hot tub. Our younger kids loved sitting in the little grotto behind the waterfall.
Anna Maria Island is stunning, the beach has soft white quartz sand which doesn't get hot in the sun when you walk barefoot, which we all did for miles!
There are excellent beach side restaurants, we particularly liked the Beach House for sunsets, and great live music in Bridge Street bars. We did some fishing from the pier which was brilliant fun, and did a very interesting boat trip from there where we saw dolphins and manatees. We had several visits to the Oyster Bar on the pier. The bus services, particularly the "Monkey" bus are very convenient to get you about.
Most afternoons we went back to the house to relax and enjoy the pool. We had a couple of BBQ's in the evenings and some fiercely contested table tennis and pool tournements.
Jen and Adam Mott from AMI Locals really looked after us throughout, nothing was too much trouble and they reacted very promptly to any request. We cannot recommend them or this house to you enough. Just Fabulous, and we will be coming back.

Picture Perfect

 

This home is amazing! Some rentals we have stayed in have deceiving pictures online...that is NOT the case with this house. In fact, the picture do not do it justice. It is very clean, and the owners Jen and Adam are wonderful to work with. The walk to the beach is very short and easy, even for our family member with knee problems. We have already recommended this house to friends and family. If you rent this, you will not be disappointed.

GREAT FAMILY VACATION
Excellent house and stay! Very spacious house with 9 rooms at 7 bathrooms plus a half pool bath. Living space was spacious with plenty of seating, dinner table sat 10, plus 4 stools for the kitchen bar and another 4 stools for the wet bar in the living room. The wet bar had a beverage fridge and ice maker. Total of 13 TV's with cable service, a TV for each of the 9 rooms, 2 in the main living space and two more down at the pool level bar and open lounging nook that had couches pool table, ping pong and corn hole. The pool area was a hit for the kids with a small rock grotto and slide. Rooms very spacious, with up to date bedding and tropical contemporary decor. 2 garages, one for 2 cars and a single car garage, each garage had a fridge. The house is very close to the beach, I would estimate its about 75 yards to the beach, very well stocked for everything you need for a beach vacation.....We brought our own beach gear but found out we really didn't need to.....It has 2 10x10 canopy tents, a beach cart to haul or your stuff, about 8-10 beach folding chairs, a cooler, plenty of sand toys for the kids, noodles, two fishing roods and tackle, beach rake to catch sand fleas for surf fishing. Don;t know if previous renters just leave their stuff behind and people just use the stuff as they come and go. We also left a cooler for the house so that someone else can enjoy it the same way we did with all the amenities the house had for the renters. I almost forgot to mention the house also has an elevator so that you don't have to carry your luggage 3 flights of stairs.( very welcome surprise ). The master bedroom has its private deck with a couple of lounging chairs and stairs to a roof top deck.( also a very nice surprise. OVERALL I GIVE THIS HOUSE A 10/10. THANK YOU AMI LOCALS for renting this beautiful house. Will definitely recommend and rent again.

Making Family Memories
A wonderful pre-Christmas 6 day trip family trip for our family of 12. This well maintained & spotlessly clean home was enjoyed by young & old alike. The Wi-Fi worked well for multiple devices, parking held our 4 rental cars easily, double washers & dryers held large loads, close to beach but suggest crossing at 23rd street, The services of AMI Locals were outstanding….we used their concierge service to order & deliver groceries (which were in the refrigerator upon our arrival). Plenty of beach towels, chairs, games, etc. Well stocked with only a wine opener missing which we quickly & happily remedied. My husband & I have rented, in the past 10 years, from 3 different realty companies on AMI….we cannot praise AMI Locals office & service employees enough - except to use them again. I hope you enjoy your trip as much as we did.
