We fortunately have a family that has traveled extensively and stayed in some of the nicer properties around the world. 241 Willow is unique; a beautiful house on a typical USA street that offers all the amenities a family or group would desire and want. Whether the beach, great restaurants, light shopping, rental of carts, etc., or just staying at home it’s all there ready to enjoy. This venue would rank in our top places to have great fun and enjoy ourselves to the fullest, we are so pleased with this find and will be back! Herb & Rita

I never rave about a property or place I stay...sorry, but I’m just not that easily impressed. HOWEVER.. I recant!

Nicest place we have ever stayed.

We will come back to this exact house!

We might even buy it if it’s for sale after our oldest graduates!!! Not kidding. Crazy amazing.

Felt Like a Resort in the middle of AMI
My family spent a week at Sail Away over Christmas and it did not disappoint! The home and amenities are exactly as pictured and then some. As we were one of the first renters at this new construction house, there were no reviews written yet so we took a chance - and we are 100% glad that we did. Sail Away had plenty of space for our party of 8. The elevator to all 3 floors was a huge bonus for my older parents and made accessing all parts of the home easier for them. The biggest asset of Sail Away, in my opinion, is the gorgeous outdoor area. Although the weather was not the greatest, the heated pool and hot tub were in use constantly, as was the pool table on the 2nd floor. We also spent a lot of time fishing off the dock in the back of the house and the canal seemed to be jumping with bass, sheephead and mullet fish. Since it is new construction, of course there is always a punch list of things that still need to be fixed. We couldn't use the outdoor fire pit because the drain next to it was not working, so there was always 2-3 inches of standing water. There were some other issues but AMI Locals was very responsive when we reached out to them to fix something. We have rented on AMI before in Holmes Beach, but this area was so much more accessible to the Pine Street restaurants/shops, etc. Everything was walking distance from Sail Away, or a short golf cart ride if you rented one. Having rented many homes through AirBnB, VRBO and local agencies, I would definitely rent Sail Away again and would have no reservations about recommending AMI Locals. They even provided a little Christmas tree for us since we had traveled from out of state - very nice touch and much appreciated!

Everything you could possibly need and more with this home. Our kids loved the pool and game room area and enjoyed fishing off the pier. Will definitely rent again in the future.

Wow! What an amazing property! The pictures don’t do this place justice. Everything in the house was so well taken care of. I can’t rave enough about this place. Will definitely be back.

Beautiful Getaway
Sail Away was more beautiful in person! My husband and I visited AMI for the week with friends, and this place did not disappoint! First of all, the location cannot be beat, and the house is gorgeous. The decor is amazing with all the high-end finishes and all of the furniture is so comfortable. It was really the perfect place for our group with spacious bedrooms with private baths for all. The beach was closer than I thought it would be and so easy to walk or drive to with the golf cart. The home has everything you need for a day at the beach or relax in their beautiful heated pool. There is also everything you may need to cook. If you prefer to go out, there are plenty of restaurants close by. We will definitely be returning to Sail Away for our next trip to AMI!

Spectacular Home!!
We had a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home!! The house is very upscale, spacious, with many activities (ping pong, foosball, outdoor bar area and a VERY nice Swimming Pool and Hot Tub) We really loved the outside area and is a great location!! Easy to get to everywhere on AMI!! We loved the views and being located on the canal! Would stay here again! We just loved it! Thank you!

A 50th birthday I’ll never forget!
Sail away home was beautiful! From the moment we walked in we knew my 50th celebration was going to be Amazing! The pool and hot tub are beautiful it was better than a resort, the on suites of every bedroom were perfect. The views from the decks are stunning, and the short walk to the beach was great! I can’t wait to go back to this beautiful welcoming home! Top notch on all levels.

BEST VACATION EVER
We had the best time on our vacation, and this house played a huge role; it exceeded all expectations! This home had a prime location and spacious living areas, giving ample room for relaxation, and the well-equipped kitchen made cooking a breeze. The outdoor space is an absolute highlight. The private oasis's backyard has a fantastic pool, hot tub, and great patio furniture. It was the ideal spot for many fun memories with family and friends. The location is perfect for exploring all that Anna Maria Island offers. We were able to hit the nearby beaches, explore local shops, and thoroughly enjoy the great neighborhood; this house provides easy access to everything. The best part was the fantastic hospitality of the hosts. They ensured our stay exceeded expectations. I can not wait to return here and make more great memories.

A Most Memorable Thanksgiving Ever
We stayed there last Thanksgiving and everything about Sail Away enhanced our family time. The beautiful surrounding and setting on the water, the fun and easy layout of the outdoors, the expansive counter in the kitchen where we could all enjoy great food and each others company and not least the elegant flow of this home was exceptional. We cannot wait to go back again.

241 Willow
My husband and I just got back from vacationing at 241 Willow. The house is impeccably clean, very spacious and beautifully decorated. The property is close to restaurants and shops and of course the beach is within walking distance. I was living n my dream home and hope to go back sometime.

Amazing Spring Break
My family spent spring break at this beautiful home. Spacious, comfortable and top notch! The outdoor area with pool, spa, fire pit and dock are amazing and where we spent so much of our downtime after the beach (which is a short walk away). We had many early evening cocktails on the widows walk deck - unbelievable 360 views! Great location to walk to many restaurants and shopping. We will be coming back!
