Shrimp was right...
I love the whole concept of this private little community. Our stay at the Anna maria resort was very nice, quite and relaxing... which is what we were after. I do want say to other renters be aware of just how small this studio is. There is absolutely no place to hang or put away your clothing, so virtually you will have to live out of your suitcase. We had the opportunity to meet/socialize with other renters and they had thought it was odd as well to not be able to put away your belongings... and they had a one bedrm to boot.As for the bathrm, well lets put it this way... You can pretty much take a shower the same time your brushing your teeth. No joke! The lighting and mirror ladies not so good, no place to put your cosmetics... just enough room for a tooth brush and paste. On to the kitchen, it was nice, but it's pretty much up against your king bed... PLEASE be advised there are NO condiments what so ever. My husband suggest that you throw in a pizza baking stone or sheet with cutter. The pool area is amazing! We called it "the oasis" It is so peaceful in the morning, listening to the birds talk with each other. I LOVE the turf! Next to the studio is a two 2 bdrm/2 bath, it's called the Sailfish, we had a peek at it and it's beautiful. I am thinking about booking that for next year to take the grand-kids or just another couple would be nice too. Enjoy your stay. :)

PERFECT place!

This little place is perfect for 2 people. This little place has everything you need in 215 sq. ft. The pool is also PERFECT. Huge deck surrounding the pool and the grounds beyond the deck is all turf with nice outdoor furniture and the perfect amount of palm trees. Spent a lot of nights outside on the couch looking at the stars and listening to the palm trees blow in the wind. I was a little worried about sharing the pool with the other people staying inside the resort, but it was NOT busy at all! There were a total of 3 people in the pool at once the whole week we were there. Lastly, the location is perfect as well! You're very close to Anna Maria if you want good beaches/food, and about the same distance from Bradenton Beach for a little more fun and more restaurants. I am in love with this place and will be back to visit! Lisa Coba (the property manager) was SO accommodating.
