Welcome to AMI Sunset, a welcoming vacation rental just a five-minute walk from the beach! This ground-level home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Sit back and relax in the nautical them living area, where you and your guests can catch up over conversations and connect over your favorite shows and movies on TV. The living area and kitchen look out to the beautiful, inviting pool that makes you want to make a refreshing splash as soon as you see it. The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, broad countertops that make meal prep a breeze, and a nook perfect for looking up island recipes or researching the best take-out on Anna Maria Island. There is a large kitchen island with seating in addition to the dining table, which seats six.

The primary bedroom will make you feel at sea as you drift off to sleep. There is a tv, a spacious closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom will put a smile on your guest’s face with its bright décor and tv for late-night entertainment. The third bedroom is perfect for younger guests and has plenty of room for beach necessities. The second and third bedrooms share the hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combination and plenty of cabinet space. In addition to the three bedrooms, there is a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Have a relaxing and fun day in the backyard with a private pool. Make a splash in the pool and afterward refresh in the outdoor shower. If you feel like staying in, grill locally caught seafood on the grill and delight in the meal with your friends and family around the outdoor table. Don’t forget to visit the beautiful Anna Maria Island beaches, where the clear water is warm, and the floury sands cover your feet. Afterward, head to any local restaurants for delicious treats and fresh seafood, or take a trolley ride to the famous Pine Ave and check out the fantastic boutiques! *Please note: 2 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
