Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by an airy and well-lit open living area, illuminated by the large sliding doors that offer a peaceful view of the pool area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, cooking necessities, and a dining table that comfortably accommodates your entire group. There is a cozy sitting area with two sofas, and a TV is the perfect place to kick back and enjoy some downtime.

We guarantee a great night's sleep in each of the bedrooms of this home, complete with a TV and ample storage space for all your clothes and swimsuits. The primary bedroom boasts calming blue decor and a premium bed, as well as an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. The second and third bedrooms have crisp linens and share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Additionally, for your convenience, we've provided a washer and dryer during your stay!

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.
