Had a great time with family!
Out family reunion of 17 was amazing! We all had private rooms and enjoyed the house and pool so much! Every was great including the adult slide in the pool, dual washer/dryers, commercial ice makers and wonderful views. Perfect place for large families. Management was spot on with concerns regarding the pool heater and elevator questions. AMI Locals - THANKS for a wonder vacation!

My family of 17 recently had the privilege of staying in this home and everything was perfect. Any issues (only 1 minor) were addressed very quickly. Beach towels and chairs were available which was a big bonus. Very nice, clean and modern home with several decks providing magnificent views from all sides. Would definitely stay here again.

The perfect setting for our family beach vacation!
We choose this beach house because of its spaciousness, bedroom capacity, pool, jacuzzi, proximity to the beach, and pet friendly policy. The house is very user friendly, with plenty of room to gather or have privacy. The neighborhood is very quiet. We especially appreciated the big kitchen, dual dishwashers and sinks, the dual washers and dryers. We used the pool area alot, including the pool table and ping pong table (which could use a new net). The house was super clean and well maintained, so was the pool. The elevator was a big plus for unloading and loading up, too! This was a memorable vacation for many reasons, esp because of the beach house. I really appreciated the ample availability of towels, even beach towels. I have never stayed in a beach house rental that provided the quality and quantity of dishware, cooking pots and pans and towels as this location did. This made a huge difference in the quality of our stay. Thanks so much AMI!

Family Reunion
We enjoyed our family reunion. 15 people. Everyone had their own space. Great gathering space on the second floor. Pool, hot tub, ping pong, foosball, and pool table. Beach and restaurants within easy walking distance. Sunset views from the deck. It was wonderful and unforgettable week!

Family vacation
The house was everything it shows in the pictures and more. The pictures can't show the beauty of the beaches, and the friendly people that live in town. It was truly a great vacation. I will vacation there again

Perfect "home" for our family gathering.

This home is amazing and was perfect for our large family gathering. We had 16 people ranging in age from 5 to 75. We could walk to the beach, bay and town. Everyone loved their time not just in Bradenton Beach area with fishing, the beautiful beach and shopping, but we especially loved the house. It was our home for the week and we could not have made a better choice. We cooked most of our meals in the large and very well equipped kitchen and bar areas and played family games in the main living room. There was plenty of space for everyone (18 of us!), lots of bathrooms and every bedroom had its own special personality. Lots of room for visiting and lots of privacy at the same time. And then the pool and yard, wow, so much fun, our own private party space...swimming, ping pong, darts, billiards. The pool slide was such a hit, almost everyone took a turn! Some of us spent so much time in the pool we looked like prunes! Very happy wrinkled bodies. Bonus: the elevator, a Godsend for luggage going to the 3rd floor and all those groceries, a pleasant surprise. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to house a group in a beautiful beach home atmosphere. Management was wonderfully accommodating with a late check out so a few folks with afternoon flights could enjoy every moment. Great value!

A Beautiful and Comfortable Vacation Experience

The house was absolutely lovely, and the pool with the waterfall is so relaxing. Water slide is fun and quite fast! Plenty of balcony areas with seating for relaxing, and the observatory deck at the top has stunning views of the water. Easy walking distance to the beach. Perfect spot for a larger group or family trip. Our wedding party had a blast. Also, my experience with the property manager Andrea was stellar. I accidentally left my engagement ring in the bathroom when we checked out and was in a panic when I realized it later that evening. I contacted Andrea and she went to the house, found my ring, and met me to give it to me. She couldn't have been nicer. Love when you get great customer service to go along with a great vacation experience!

Beautiful Home! Wonderful Service!

This was our first trip to Bradenton Beach. Andrea was more than helpful in the time prior to our arrival, and provided quick feedback during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this beautiful property. The layout of the house provided plenty of room for our large group of 18. Everyone left with inspiration to return to our homes and redecorate using the same tasteful (not kitschy) beach theme that's been carried out through this home. The pool was enjoyed by all, and my 83 year old father even took a few turns on the water slide. Priceless! We appreciated having beach chairs, umbrellas, and a cart provided for our use. I would rent this property again without hesitation! Thank you for sharing your wonderful space with us!

We loved staying at the Atlantis Beach House in Bradenton Beach! It was a 9 bedroom house that was perfect for my extended family. Bradenton Beach is the best place for a vacation!! Been vacationing down here for 3 years now and loved it every time :) Also, AMI Locals is great! They helped us rent our houses all 3 times and they are so nice to work with. Highly recommend renting through them and highly recommend Bradenton Beach, Anna Maria Island!

The "Atlantis" was exactly what our family of 16 wanted and expected in a vacation home (8 adults plus 8 kids, ages 1 - 13). The pool with its many fun features was constantly is use ... the shade from the adjacent trees was a welcome break from our numerous sunshine-filled times on the beach (only 2 blocks away). The large open main floor, kitchen/dining area and the numerous decks were perfect for meals and socializing ... there was always a place where the kids could gather or the adults could relax together. The covered areas around the pool were great for reading, relaxing and watching the kids in the pool or adjacent game room areas. The neighborhood is quiet and access to the beach was simple and straightforward. The home was exceptionally clean and we immediately felt right at home. We would highly recommend this Vrbo property to any large family or group. As one of the grandkids stated ... "this was the best week ever!".
