Welcome to Bay Haven, an inviting waterfront home on Bimini Bay with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Located in the north end of Anna Maria Island, you are situated less than a mile away from lovely boutiques, locally owned restaurants, Bayfront Park, and AMI City Pier. With the endless number of activities on this 7-mile island, you and your guests are sure to fall in love with Anna Maria Island.

As you open the front door, you are welcomed into a casual living space that overlooks a beautiful panoramic view of the bay. Sit back, relax while enjoying the island breeze, and turn on the giant tv for some post-island exploring laughter. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of storage space for all your yummy ingredients in the cabinets and refrigerator. As you wake up in anticipation of your day, make yourself a fresh pot of coffee to give you and your guests all the needed energy for the day. Gather around the dining room table for some mouth-watering treats, game time, and simple conversations about each other’s days.

The primary bedroom provides a carefree atmosphere, jump into bed, relax to the sound of the bay's calm waters and view your favorite shows on the tv. After a long day at the beach, refresh yourself in the primary ensuite walk-in shower. Feel the gentle island breeze as you cast away to sleep in the second bedroom. The second bedroom has ample space for your vacation attire and toys, adjacent to the second bedroom is the second bathroom which has a shower and tub combo.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined.
