Beach and Boat House

The best!
Our family loves this home! This is our second time staying here and it won’t be our last. The home is located in a great spot on the island. Close to the beach, grocery store, shops, restaurants and a 10 min drive to Pine Ave. Being on the canal is the best feature of this home. We love sitting on the deck in the morning drinking our coffee and listening to the sounds of nature. Manatee’s love this fresh water fed canal. We have seen them eat, play and sunbath. The Osprey’s love to hang out here as well. The home itself is beautiful. It looks and feels like a beach house. The beds are dreamy! It’s home away from home.

Beach and Boathouse A+++
Beautiful home in a perfect location! Highly recommended! We were able to see Manatee, fish, and a ton of birds. The area is super quiet and the beach is less than a 5 minute walk away. I would say that the home probably needs a 1/2 bath by the pool and maybe a small fridge on that lower level, but those are just suggestions as the house is pretty much perfect. Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We have been coming to the island for over 12 years, and this is by far our favorite rental.

This is a beautiful home! The interior is white and clean, love it! Looks like it was recently renovated, everything is in perfect condition. Beds were comfortable (which is important!) and each room has a bathroom which is great! Great location on the canal and beach is short walk across the street.

We come to AMI regularly and I prefer this location, quite and in the middle of everything! Get a golf cart and you can quickly go anywhere.

Great Location and Family friendly
My family had such a wonderful time, the house had lots of indoor games for my teenagers on those rainy days! The location was Prime and close to the beach. All the beds were comfy and inviting. We really enjoyed watching the dolphins in the bay while relaxing in the pool. Great kitchen for cooking and open to living room which was great.

Fantastic Stay on the Gulf Coast
In a word, "Wow". My wife, daughter and I were suffering from blustery and cold weather in the northeast and wanted to grab a bit of sunshine on the gulf coast. We found this place and decided to book last minute on a whim. What a great stay. The pool, the hot tub, the canal behind the house (Manatees!) are the obvious highlights from outside the house (not to mention the short walk to the beach). But inside -- what a great layout. Ample space, large bedrooms set far enough away from the living space so that you can catch a restful nap while the kids are watching TV. Kitchen with a huge island so that multiple people can be cooking/snacking without getting in each other's way. The house is in a perfect spot on the island. A few blocks from the beach, a few blocks from the store, very close to highway access and the downtown area. We'll be booking again. Fantastic stay.

Awesome House
Spent a fantastic week at this house. Weather was perfect. House had everything we needed including bikes and kayaks. Rooms were clean and the back deck and hot tub were amazing. Great food nearby. Definitely coming back.

Awesome Place
My family had a fabulous time on Anna Maria Island! This house was well maintained and big enough to comfortably accommodate my family of eight! We loved how close it was to the beach! The kids also really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and paddle boarding off the pier in the backyard. We had a car, although I highly recommend catching the local free bus right up the street from the house to avoid all the parking hassles downtown. We will definitely rent this house again!

Family Christmas Celebration
We loved everything about the home and our stay. There was a great amount of space for the family to be together or find a place for quiet time. We found the beds and furniture comfortable as we are all different sizes. Location was perfect! Great memories made.
