Gymnastics team
We were traveling for a gymnastics meet and this house was amazing! We had 3 families sharing the space and so all the en suite bathrooms were wonderful. The kitchen was well equipped and allowed for easy meal prep. The kids lived in the swimming pool/hot tub every day. The roof top deck was the perfect place to see the sunset! The stars at AMI Locals was great and easy to work with!! We would definitely stay again!!

Best Vacation Yet!
I can't say enough about this amazing home! My family enjoyed themselves so much that I have already booked the house for next year!! My only complaint was not being able to get the teenagers to come inside!! LOL!! Between the pool with the slide, the hot tub, the pool table and the "lounging" area there by the pool there was almost no reason for them to be in the house! The adults were equally impressed with the outside but truly enjoyed the the open kitchen/dining/seating area for visiting during meal prep and we especially enjoyed both coffee at sunrise and cocktails at sunset while sitting on the roof top deck!! Want to say thank you to AMI Locals for their great service, the stay was perfect and rebooking the home for next year was a breeze!! Already planning the fun we'll have in 2024!!

Beach Heaven
This house name should be changed to "Beach Heaven" Home was beautiful! It had everything we needed. Small issue with the pool and they immediately sent someone out and had it fixed. Love the area and communication with management company was top notch. Cant wait to come back!

Girls Getaway
We are a group of 14 nurses from Michigan that take an annual girls getaway. This was our 5th year and by far our favorite stay! The house was PERFECT for our large group. Everyone slept great on the comfortable beds. It was 2 girls per room and bathroom which was awesome. The pool was our favorite place to be. Not too hot, not too cold... just perfect. The hot tub actually got hot! We have stayed in multiple places, Destin for example, that we had to pay extra for a heated pool/hot tub and the hot tub never got hot! Being able to walk to the beach was a huge one too. The house supplied a wagon and beach chairs, even umbrellas! This was our second favorite place to be! Being able to walk to several bars and restaurants was great. We didn't have a bad meal! My favorite was Scottys Deli that delivered lunch to us ON THE BEACH! Would recommend them to everyone. Sandwiches were delicious, and mine made with Gluten free bread which was a plus. I will use this company again if we come to this area. In fact, we are considering coming back next year. So much to see and do.

Amazing visit to Anna Maria Island

My husband and I and our children and grandchildren spent the week in Anna Maria Island and while the island and the beach are beautiful we spent the majority of our time at the house! There was plenty of room for all of us and the pool area was an oasis! Andrea is wonderful to work with and made our stay extremely easy!

Glorious Vacation Getaway
We just spent a week at this wonderful home with our family. We loved every moment of our stay. The house is spacious, and we loved the pool. We cooked breakfast every morning in the large kitchen, and used the grill for dinner almost every night. The bedrooms were comfortable, and we all slept well. I wish we were there again now!

Best Vacation Rental EVER!

Everything was just as promised. It was so nice to not have to haul all the beach stuff down there with us. Everything we need was there. Beach chairs, carts, coolers, beach toys. We love the pool area it was like being on our own tropical island. Beach was a short walk and it was a short ride to the Bay Side. We rented a golf cart and did not use our car the whole trip. A/C in the house worked great. The outdoor pool area was awesome, plenty of chairs and lounges. Several restaurant were in walking distance. This was our first trip to Anna Marie Island and we really enjoyed it. Our favorite restaurant was the Anna Marie Island Oyster House. We ate at the one on the island and the one in Cortez the menus were a little different. On the bay side we found much sea life including starfish, hermit crabs, and several types of sea shell creatures. We saw dolphins there and one was only a few feet from us. We had never found so many sand dollars that were as big as the ones out there. We did not remove any of the sea life from the area we left it for all others to enjoy also. If we come back to AMI next year this is where we will be staying (If available).
