THANK YOU Beachy Keen for providing us with such a lovely AMI vacation. We could not have chosen a better home with better amenities. We loved being between Holmes Beach and Anna Maria, it truly felt like the best of both worlds.

Great House and Location!
We had such a great time at Beachy Keen!! We had six travelers and everyone had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen area is nice and open. The heated pool and hot tub were really great. Even though the hot tub/spa button didn't work on several occasions, AMI Locals had the pool technician come out the next day to fix it. The arcade game and ping pong table were especially appreciated for the one day that we had really bad weather. The walk to the beach was 4-5 minutes, as advertised. Overall, we had a great stay and AMI Locals are a great management company. We would definitely stay here again!

Happy place
Thank you for sharing your happy places with us. We loved the location to the beach and the pool area. The house was perfect for us to work from and do virtual school from. We rent every year on the island and this property is one of our favs!!

What dreams are made of
This house was so beyond perfect for us! Everything was just how we expected (and more) from the photos. It was clean, well organized, and comfortable. We enjoyed how lush the backyard was and how nice the pool was. All of the beds were comfortable and we enjoyed having all of the beach and bath gear provided for us, that was a nice surprise. The rental company was responsive to any questions we had and even provided real local recommendations. We made the trek down to Mote Marine for a day, the kids loved learning about Florida sea life. On the way back we hit Tide Tables for dinner and it was so yummy. We loved this house, and our trip, and we can't wait to come back.

Clean and comfortable home

Our family could not have been more pleased with this home! It was beautifully decorated and very clean and well kept! Bedrooms were very spacious and the beds were so comfortable!

Amazing home and location!

We will return as this was hands down the best house we have ever rented. Loved it. Eric was incredible! We will come back for sure! FYI pick Eric brain for things to do. He knows everyone and the area so well!

Great house

This is such an awesome house. Very comfortable and great amenities. My kids absolutely loved the triple bunk bed. The pool is bigger than other properties we have stayed at so that was a plus. Good location - a couple blocks to the beach. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

The Memory Maker!

The property is gorgeous, spacious, and perfectly accommodating! Management is respectful, courteous, and willing to take extra measures to ensure a wonderful experience. The home is newly renovated with new high-end furnishings and decor and the location is perfect for easily getting from one end of the island to the other. The memories our family made during our trip to Holmes Beach on Anna Maria Island and in the home of Beachy Keen will forever resonate!

Such a great time
We had a great time in Beachy Keen. The kids immediately ran to the bunk beds and they said it felt like being at camp. The pool area was awesome, we were able to catch some sun rays but also find shaded areas for a little break, and the pool was so refreshing. The kitchen was spacious and had plenty of items to cook and bake meals. We were able to comfortably spread out in the living room, and we enjoyed having multiple TVs in the property. We loved the area, too! It was a quick drive to Pine Avenue which is our favorite spot.
