The beachy bungalow is styled with 1 bedroom, 1 bath with a den to accommodate extra guests and a lush backyard setting that is perfect for sipping on a lemonade after a morning walk to the beach. Located along the vibrant Pine Ave. where you can walk everywhere from island boutiques to restaurants, to the award winning turquoise Gulf beaches where you'll capture the most gorgeous sunsets nightly! Relax and rejuvenate at this tropical retreat for your next island getaway!

Step into island mode with the swaying palms that surround the white picket fence of your charming bungalow. A simple, beach inspired layout that is bright and airy where you can relax in pure comfort from the living room with a movie to the master bedroom. Your bedroom features a king bed, while the den is set up with a twin daybed w/ trundle where 4 guests can comfortably enjoy this beautiful coastal home. The updated kitchen is well equipped with all the culinary essentials so you can easily prepare for a family bbq from your private backyard. Fire up the grill and entertain your guests nightly along the spacious deck that has ample seating to dine under the stars!

Location, location is the highlight of this cottage! Where you can park the car and not have to leave the island for anything. Explore the area by hopping on the free AMI trolley to navigate the 7 mile island, take a bike and cruise from the bayside to the beach, and indulge with fresh seafood from one of our many favorite restaurants nearby. The best part of escaping to Anna Maria is staying in our cozy slice of paradise at “Bikini So Tiny” that's only 2.5 blocks from the sparkling sanded beaches. So pack your beach bags, as we invite you to experience an unforgettable island stay!

*Please note: 1 car maximum is able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
