Paradise extraordinaire
Words do not express the beauty of the views from this gorgeous house. The minute you enter the house you are greeted with well decorated spacious rooms. There are balconies off of each bedroom and the “crows nest” is larger than expected. You get the inter coast on one side and the beach on the other side. The sunset and sunrise is spectacular. The bedrooms are all king size beds with their own bathroom. No sharing baths! There are queen size bunk beds for the little ones. The kitchen is well equipped with state of the art appliances. The pool/jacuzzi is refreshing after a swim in the golf. The privacy fence is perfect so the dogs can run around. Perfectly located to restaurants and there is even a spa a block away. Parks are near by for the dogs to go run around and the children to play on. I will certainly be coming back to this house. Best family vacation ever!

Truly Exceptional Experience
If there were 6 stars, I'd give you 6. Truly exceptional experience. Was very impressed. I normally stay at the Ritz Carlton in Sarasota, but it was sold out on Monday, so I thought I'd try this instead. I think the Ritz may have lost a customer through no fault of their own.

First Class Vacation Home
My family just returned from a week in this beautiful vacation home. We were 12 people and loved that all of the adult couples had a king sized bed and en-suite bath. The built in bunks were perfect for our boys. There was plenty of room for family meals and we never felt crowded. We prepared three meals a day and were thrilled with the perfectly equipped kitchen all the beautiful dishes and glassware. We felt right at home. The pool area was beautiful and we loved that it was shaded. My only disappointment was that the elevator was not in service. I have mobility issues and we brought our 9 year old French Bulldog and the stairs were very challenging for us. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful beach house!
Comfortable, spacious and a great location. Just a short walk to the beach. Lovely pool and hot tub area. The turf is a nice touch! Upstairs deck is amazing. What a view! Perfect for a family and/or friends get-away. So much room! We’ll definitely be back!

ROOFTOP DECK VIEWS

My favorite part was the rooftop deck! The weather was so nice when we stayed, we used it a lot! Coffee in the AM, Wine in the PM... It was perfect!

House was beautiful, clean and nicely decorated! My boys loved the bunk room. The beds are custom made and they thought it was the coolest thing. Loved that most of the rooms have King size beds. We came with a couple families and it was nice to not have to fight over who got the big beds! ? Location was nice we could easily walk to the beach. We rented a golf cart through AMI Locals (the management company) concierge so we drove that everywhere else we wanted to go.

Couldn't ask for more
When I say Casa Del Mar is the perfect vacation home, I mean it. It's so spacious and so wonderfully outfitted. Everyone having their own bathrooms and big comfy beds was everything. Not to mention the beautiful backyard and Crow's Nest roof! Hands down one of the best vacations we've ever had.

Stunning home!
This beach house is immaculately designed and truly gorgeous. Every bedroom is a master suite with a bathroom. The house is big enough for large groups to get together and have privacy all at the once. I loved that we could walk to the beach from the house and take a dip in the resort-style pool afterwards. The Crow's Nest rooftop gives you the most gorgeous views on the island. We made great memories here and can't wait to go back again!
