With five bedrooms and five bathrooms, this rental sleeps up to fourteen guests and is dog friendly. The open modern living area has abundant windows with stunning views of the tropical landscaping for guests to enjoy while relaxing on the spacious couches and discussing Anna Maria Island activities. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s dream, with stainless steel appliances and ample space to prepare meals. Friends and family can enjoy a quick snack at the kitchen island and a cup of coffee on the balcony or the rooftop deck. Guests can enjoy island-inspired meals and the best Anna Maria Island takeout at the indoor dining table. An outdoor dining table overlooks the pool, where you and your friends and family can enjoy freshly caught seafood on the grill.

The primary bedroom offers a perfect place to sit back and relax and has a private balcony with views of the Gulf. The primary ensuite bathroom has a double vanity and a gorgeous walk-in shower. The second bedroom will make guests feel like they never left the beach and has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The third bedroom has ample closet space, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a bonus room perfect for kids! On the second floor are the fourth and fifth bedrooms, which both have balcony access and ensuite bathrooms. Additionally, two sleeper sofas are in the living area to ensure every guest has a comfortable stay.

-Third Bedroom, 3rd floor: King bed, tv, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower, and full over full bunk bed.
-Fourth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.
-Fifth Bedroom, 2nd floor: King bed, tv, balcony access, and ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination.
-Living Area: Two queen sleeper sofas

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved before arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that an additional non-refundable pet fee will be charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
