Cozy and clean plac to stay !

Coconut cottage #2 was a very clean place to stay. Everything inside the property was well kept, nicely decorated and cozy. Andrea was very accommodating. We had a great time with the family and enjoyed the house, the pool and loved the island. We rented a golf cart and drove around the island to explore. We will definitely be back soon.

Nice, Clean property 1 block away from the beach

Loved our stay at this property. It is 1 block away from the beach and was very clean. The living/kitchen area is small and may not accommodate a larger family but we made it work.

Amazing Location & Adorable Home

We had a fun getaway with a group of 6 adults and 3 children (all under 4 yrs old). The house was set up perfectly to accommodate us and the pool was just the right size for the kids to play around in. The location couldn't have been better! It is just steps from a very nice public beach with restrooms, a Publix, a CVS, and a few little beachy restaurants/bars and shops. There is plenty of dedicated parking, as well. It was a really nice, family-friendly home and perfect for our little getaway - we can't wait to return!

Perfect Island Cottage
We really enjoyed our stay in Coconut Cottage #2! It was the perfect relaxing get away. We love the location which is just across the street from the beach. There is a Publix and CVS close by. They have beach chairs and a wagon to use at the beach. The private pool is perfect after a long day at the beach and shaded most of the day. There are plenty of beach towels as well, so they have everything you’d need for your stay. We have also stayed in Cottage #3 before with a similar experience. The management company is very communicative and available for any issues. Would definitely recommend a stay here!

Love it!

Gem of a Stay
This place has 4 TVs! Beautifully decorated, all the things you need in the kitchen, coffee maker, serving dishes, even a Magic bullet to make yummy frozen drinks! The pool may be smaller than other places but It was sparking clean and is even a gas grill for grilling! Its a walk away from the beach and next to a cool burger shack!

Location Location!
Across the street from Manatee Beach—short walk! Beautiful beach and sunsets every night. Great 3 bedroom condo with full kitchen and gas grill. Ate in mostly however took advantage of all you can eat pancakes on the beach! Private pool! Would definitely stay again!

Cozy Comfy Cottage!

We really enjoyed our stay at this cottage! It was very clean, quiet and conveniently located to everything, especially the beach! The private heated pool was nice to float and relax in after a day at the beach. Lisa was very helpful and was very quick to respond to any questions that we had. They were also very accommodating to our dog that we were traveling with! This property has everything that you will need for a great week at the beach, we will definitely consider returning to this property again!

Perfect little beach cottage!

We really enjoyed our recent stay at Coconut Cottage, unit 2. It was a perfect place to stay with our toddler - super convenient access to the beach and having the private pool was amazing! We also loved having a trolley stop nearby and rode it all around the island, you never need to get into your car if you don't want to. The cottage itself was very clean and had all of the essentials that you may need. Owners are friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend this cottage to any friends visiting AMI, especially those with small children. We will definitely be visiting again!
