Perfect family stay
Our family enjoyed every minute of our stay at Coconut Cottage #4. The moment we opened the gate and stepped onto the property we felt like we were at home. Or maybe a better version of home. The cottage was cute and clean. Everything we needed was included. The large pool was extra special and was where we spent most of our time. The location across the street from the beach was very convenient. We made good use of the free trolley that runs every twenty minutes to both the North and South ends of Anna Maria Island. A trolley stop is located close to the cottage, across the street at the beach. We loved our stay so much that we ended up adding another night! We will be back! Again and again! Check out was super easy...take out the trash and place the keys in the lockbox. Valerie, the property manager, was the best! She was so professional, kind, and accommodating. She made everything so easy. Thank you Cottage #4 and Anna Maria Island for being so good to us!

Great Location!
We really enjoyed our stay, from the sparkling clean space to the private pool and the short walk to the beach. These units are well designed and the private pool without having to rent an entire house is really nice. We even had to call the office with an air conditioner problem...our call was taken promptly and the agent immediately guided us through steps to fix, when that didn’t work she immediately called for service. The repairman was there in less than 30 minutes, simple fix. It was evident that everyone involved were making customer service a priority! Great experience all around. Thank you!

This was the most amazing space. So cute. It was spacious and comfortable. Plenty of towels, glasses, and kitchen ware if you plan on cooking. The pool is fabulous. I wish we had brought a blue tooth speaker for music when we were lounging but it wasn’t a big deal. This was our first time on AMI but it will not be our last. Such a wonderful place. We left the kids at home but it was a very family friendly spot!

Amazing

Family memories created!

Loved this cottage. It was perfect for my family of four. It was clean, upgraded, and close to a lot! My kids loved having the private pool and the walk to the beach was perfect!

Loved this condo

My family and I had a wonderful time staying at this condo. So close to all conveniences such as restaurants, grocery store, and gift shops. The ocean was just across the road where we saw the most amazing sunsets. This condo has its own private enclosed heated pool which the children loved. We will defiantly be staying here again.

Relaxing stay, great location!

Having a private pool was the best feature of this property! Our kids loved it so much. And being across from the beach was amazing. The house has great touches throughout that remind you you’re on an island. I loved that! Also, they pretty much have everything you need inside including towels, plates, silverware, broom, plunger etc. My only tip would be to keep any plastic bags you have for an extra place to put garbage. They provide a certain amount of garbage bags but it wasn’t enough for us. Not their fault, but just suggesting for your future stay. Overall an amazing & cute place to stay!
