Just Perfect!

The condo was very cute, clean and an amazing location. Right on the beach with a beautiful view for sunsets, walks on the beach and of course, taking in the Florida sun. The condo had good kitchen supplies, and equipment, all other amenities as well. We had a fabulous 10 days and will hopefully come back next year for even longer.

Beautiful condo on the beach
This was our first time to AMI and we couldn't have been happier with the condo. Very quiet area of the island. The condo is well appointed with a beautiful view of the ocean and sunsets and the pool is a wonderful place to just hang out.

My wife and I just concluded week 1 of our 2 week stay at Coconuts 112. I will begin by saying that we are in our 70s and we are former owners of a beach condo on Sanibel. We have been owners and are now renters and have been to Sanibel for 50 plus years but for obvious reasons we needed to find alternate plans for our 2 week November stay. We also have the month of April 2023 rented on Sanibel which we think will not happen. S0-we might be back here on your beautiful Island but would need a 2 bedroom unit for that trip.

 We were lucky and pleased to be able to find these accommodations late in the game and are so pleased. The makeover in this unit is absolutely gorgeous and we cannot be happier. From the comfortable king bed to the gorgeous new bathroom it is perfect. The treatments are incredible and we are finding everything we need. It is small but we expected that but clearly the all new appliances and beach and wall hangings are top notch-right out of a magazine.

The location could not be better and I cannot imagine being closer to the beach than we are. The available TV and WIFI is perfect,quick and plentiful. The parking for one car is perfect and appreciated. I just cannot imagine getting luckier for our first time trip to AMI...Thank you so much. The lovely welcome card and starter gifts were a nice touch and much appreciated.

My Happy Place!
This condo is perfect for a little getaway for us .It was beautifully furnished and nice and clean. Thank you for the grill outside we utilized that often. We loved this great condo. The view is to die for! The unit was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Loved playing cards on the balcony. We even met nice people on the beach that gave us great tips on the area. Everyone is so friendly here. We used the pool every day and loved that we could walk back and forth to the gulf (and sunsets) as much as we wanted. AMI Locals was very responsive with any questions we had and everyone we dealt with was very helpful. Thank you. We cannot wait to come back!
