Coconuts Beachfront Unit #109

Great spot on the beach. This condo was perfect for our family getaway. Plenty of room, nice private balcony with the perfect view of the beach and water. The beach is steps away and the pool was great too! Everyone we met was very friendly and we cant wait to come back to AMI again very soon!

Good choice
Lovely beach, fantastic sunsets, very cool condo. Didn't eat in much as found some good restaurants nearby, although kitchen well stocked with all one could need. One evening so exhausted from all the sunning and swimming, we did though use their barbecue equipment outside which was great as don't often see these facilities and had some wonderful steaks and baked potatoes under the Tiki hut. They also have a great pool and had it most days to ourselves. Very quiet here is what we liked without the usual screaming kids scenario. Friends of ours who visit a few times each year told us about this place and so glad we listened. We now are planning to rent two units at this resort next year and all come down together from TX. Roll on 2022. Highly recommended for those that like peace and quiet plus the beach right on your doorstep. One piece of advice pick carefully where you rent as they apparently are individually owned and we had a good look around. Although there are only about 17 or 18 condos, some have done them up and others haven't. 109 where we stayed is lovely and my friends usually stay in 106 on the ground floor, also super nice from what I could see and on the ground floor, steps from the beach.

This lovely condo was just as advertised.

It was tidy and well decorated and had everything we needed. The view was wonderful and there was full access to a beautiful beach. There were a couple small glitches with parking and the television but the owners got right back to us in addressing both issues. The beds were comfortable and there were several additional nice touches such as soaps and towels. We were delighted that it was just as advertised and we highly recommend.

Loved it!
Second time here. Last visited about 10 years ago and stayed in the same condo. What a difference as previous Management somewhat lacking from memory. Owners have totally remodeled the whole place in 109. Beautiful floors plus decor and loved the mermaids and lady diver. The Management Company we went through, seamless last minute booking and very professional staff particularly in their guest department as we had forgotten so much about the area and got many tips on some very good restaurants and places to visit. Anna Maria Island as lovely as ever and now wonder what took us so long to come back. The beach is just spectacular and spent so many hours having drinks and snacks on our private balcony. Will not wait another 10 years again, that's for sure. Loved it but should have booked longer, will do next time.
