Great Location
My husband and her two daughters enjoyed this home very much. It’s right in the middle of everything walking distance to many things although we used fun and sun and rented a golf cart which was very handy! The house was clean and the pool was really amazing just the right size for a smaller family. We use the grill one overnight and enjoyed ping-pong in the front. The only suggestion would be to update the sofa/loveseat in the family room. Otherwise, it was perfect.

Loved every minute of our trip!
First time to visit Anna Maria and we loved it so much! This house played a great part of why we enjoyed it so much. It was perfect for our trip. Beautiful house, loved the pool and hot tub. Thank you so much to everyone at AMI Locals for all their assistance in renting this home plus getting settled in. Highly recommend renting a golf cart to get around the island. AMI Locals gave me guidance in securing that as well. This was an amazing vacation and we will be coming back again this summer. Trying out another home from this amazing company. There are so many to choose from!!

Perfect location!
We visited this home with one other couple and it was perfect for our needs. It was right in the middle of everything and we were able to walk to most places. The pool was sparkling clean and we loved having a full kitchen to cook when we wanted to. I would definitely recommend this home.

I loved this home. It was the perfect size for our family. We let each of our kids bring a friend on our holiday this year and this house was great! Our oldest and her friend had a room to themselves and then the bunk room was perfect for our boys and their friends. The kids had a great time with the ping pong table and hook game out front. The pool area is much more spacious than I expected, nice lounge furniture and plenty of sun! There is a pool bathroom which was nice for not tracking water through the house. The house itself was very nicely done. The kitchen/living/dining area is nice and open and feels very big. We did not once feel cramped even with the 6 kids we had with us. Very quite street and very close to the downtown area with shopping and restaurants. We had AMI Locals Concierge department help us reserve bikes and a golf cart so we did not get in the car once during our trip. Would highly recommend both the house and AMI Locals Management company they were great.
