Mid week escape
Wow, what an amazing place for a mid week escape. The location is exceptional with easy access to all of north Anna Maria and the beaches. Fine and Sandy is fresh, spacious, light and clean with great amenities for the whole family. Perfect for our 4 generations to do an island beach reunion. The 7 bedrooms gave everyone enough room, the beds were a dream. We walked the beach every day and enjoyed the sunsets from rooftop deck. The back yard pool and hot tub are perfectly secluded in a palm tree paradise. We loved our stay!

Perfect... Just Perfect.
This house is literally a DREAM beach home. Everything looks brand new! The pool and outdoor kitchen are to die for. Such an amazing design in the pool architecture, there are areas to hang out within the pool, like little lounge chairs that are built into the pool, as well as some bar stools. AND a hot tub! Each bedroom has a great view and comfy beds. The kitchen, living area and dining room can accommodate the whole family. Ample amounts of parking. Rooftop deck. Bunk beds, and mini putt-putt golf for the kids. What more could you ask for?

Central and Relaxing Oasis
A home away from home. This rental was a dream come true! The location could not be more convenient and beautiful with a 3 minute walk from the clean and quiet sand beach, a 4 minute walk from delicious smoothies and coffee, 6 minutes to a friendly and charming shopping/walking area, and an 8 minute walk from the pier! This home is central and accessible. While you are in town, pay a visit to the DELICIOIS Beach Bistro! As amazing as the surrounding community is, quite frankly the last thing you will want to do is leave this oasis. This home was a breath of fresh air. Clean and comfortable don't begin to describe this sanctuary. The living area is welcoming and inviting. The kitchen is hospitable and at the center of all the action. The backyard, with a lovely pool and spa, is private and relaxing. The home is spacious but cozy. The elevator makes luggage moving a breeze. The beds are SO comfortable. The balconies are wide and well furnished. But the icing on the cake is the rooftop patio which provides a perfect spot to watch both the surise and sunset, as well as 24/7 360° panoramas. This refuge of rejuvenation is the best spot on AMI.

Four Seasons-Like Private Sanctuary
First impressions matter, and we won't forget our stay at 'Fine and Sandy'. The impressive entrance to the perfect private backyard screams "You thought of everything!" From ping-pong to putting green, big gathering fire pit to flat-screen outdoor kitchen area, there's the 'in-between'. Surrounded by mature palms the envelop you, the hot tub and pool boasts a swim-up bar and shallow lounge area creating vacation eye candy. For our family, this AMI home is above and beyond what we've ever experienced! Out of any of our trips to FL, our extended family voted this one tops and want to return! With a two-minute walk to the beach, plenty of restaurants within walking distance, we had the time of our lives. Not wanting to leave the outdoors, we should mention the indoor accommodations as having a perfect kitchen well-stocked for our large gatherings. It was easy to put together fast meals and has a great bar area. There are many restful gathering spots inside and out, having numerous decks on each floor. The bonus was the rooftop deck perfect to catch the sunsets when not on the beach! Our family loved the comfy beds giving us great rest for the next day's activities! We left with priceless memories and we are telling all of our friends about 'Fine & Sandy'!

Family Vacation

Amazing House!
This house is the best! The home itself is very nice but what we loved most about our stay was the backyard area. Great pool and hot tub, fire pit, games, etc, we never even wanted to leave the yard. Also just steps from the beach, but close to restaurants and shops as well. Truly have nothing bad to say about this home and would recommend to any family or large group traveling to Anna Maria Island!

Perfect Retreat
The Fine and Sandy home was the perfect getaway m for our girlfriends weekend. It was more of a retreat that just a beautiful, comfortable home. Starting with the beautiful architecture and open layout in the main floor, where the extra spacious dinning, kitchen, Livingroom is central heartbeat of activity, planked by to sets of bedroom on each side. Each with their own bathroom and essential amenities (soap, lotion, shampoo, hair dryer etc). Each room comfortable, spacious and professional decorated. Light and airy. The third floor has the master bedroom and two additional bedrooms. Each living floor has a set of washer and dryer. The kitchen is equipped with anything you need. We did a quick trip to very a very closed supermarket, had breakfast at home and enjoyed local restaurants for lunch and dinner. The outdoor is its own oasis, every floor and side of the house has its own outdoor area, with its own personality. Even the rooftop where you can see the ocean. Hosting a large group would be a breeze since there is so much open space for individual gatherings. The house is perfect walking distance from all stores, restaurants etc. it was truly a paradise. The beach is literally 1/2 a block. Sunrise and sunsets are one of a kind gift to admire from any angle in this house. The house is so big, beautiful with so many different outdoor set ups you don’t really have to leave at all. Our next girls trip will be with our plus 1 hubby’s to enjoy this paradise. Thank you.

The Perfect Vacation
We could not have been happier with our stay here. The house itself is very spacious with comfortable king sized beds in every room. It says it sleeps 8, but if you put 2 people in each room you can comfortably fit 14 people in this home. Each floor has amazing views which can be seen from the large sliding doors with covered balcony so you can sit outside and enjoy the sunsets. We enjoyed the pool area a lot with plenty for the family to do including putting green and ping pong other than the pool itself. You do not need to leave this house to have an amazing vacation. However, I recommend you do because this house is located on the north end of the island and is walkable distance to local shops, restaurants and night life. The beach access is a short 2 minute walk as well. Literally the perfect beach stay.

Tropical Paradise
Fine and Sandy was the PERFECT home for our girls’ weekend. The home is in a great location, just steps from the ocean, in walking distance of shopping, and away from traffic on other parts of the island. The backyard outdoor space feels like a private tropical resort, with lush and beautifully-maintained foliage surrounding an inviting pool. The kitchen is well-appointed, with spacious countertops and cabinets. The open design living room/kitchen/dining area is the perfect space for friends and families to gather. My favorite feature is the pocket-sliding doors from the kitchen to the balcony that overlooks the tropical paradise backyard. The wide opening practically brings the tropics into the kitchen! The bedrooms and bathrooms are all perfectly-spaced apart to maximize privacy. The mattresses and pillows were super comfy, and the bathrooms were spacious with super absorbent bath towels, hairdryers, and starter kits with shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The rooftop lookout is great for sunbathing or sunsets and provides a nice view of the Gulf. This tropical, perfectly decorated home with many bright windows and balconies is the perfect location for a beach getaway. We enjoyed every minute in this beautiful home, and we look forward to our return stay hope at Fine and Sandy! Highly recommend!!

We loved Fine and Sandy
We had the chance to stay at Fine & Sandy over the holidays…what a place! Stunning house with great entry way and pool area with spa that will get your attention. Two backyard facing decks overlooking the pool, and another rooftop deck to catch sunsets if you don’t want the 2 minute stroll to the gulf beach. The main living area is very spacious for a large group, with a great kitchen, family room, dining area, and bar. Everything is furnished and equipped in a first class manner. The house is a few blocks walk to Pine Avenue with shops and restaurants easily accessible. No doubt we will stay here again.

Incredible property! Just perfect
A girlfriend’s getaway was absolutely spectacular in this lovely property! It has EVERYTHING! An amazing pool, jacuzzi, fire pit, balcony’s off of most of the bedrooms. An incredible kitchen, beautiful decor and walking distance to so many great places! The rooftop sunsets are incredible and we made memories we will never forget! The beds are so comfy and the bathrooms full on luxurious! We are so thrilled we chose this property, it had everything we were looking for and so much more! We can’t wait to return!

AMAZING GETAWAY!
My husband and I recently had an incredible stay at Fine and Sandy, and it was nothing short of exceptional. The moment we stepped in, the ambiance exuded elegance, providing a luxurious yet welcoming feel. What truly impressed us was the generous space available throughout the property. Regardless of where we wandered, there was always a spot that beckoned for relaxation or entertainment, ensuring everyone found their own slice of tranquility. The variety of relaxation options was fantastic. Whether lounging on the sundeck, unwinding by the pool and hot tub, or enjoying a game of mini-golf with sporting events on the side, there was never a dull moment. The rooms were truly a highlight, offering the epitome of comfort—the pillows were akin to sleeping on clouds, and the beds provided the kind of restful slumber we're accustomed to at home. Additionally, the well-appointed rooms featured large fans, allowing us to customize our comfort levels to perfection. The bathrooms were a delight, spacious and well-lit, adding to the overall feeling of luxury and comfort. However, what truly stole our hearts was the breathtaking experience of watching the sunset from the rooftop. With an unbeatable ocean view, it was an unforgettable moment, etched into our memories. Fine and Sandy offers not just accommodation but a truly remarkable experience—exquisite, relaxing, and perfect for creating lasting memories. A Perfect Backyard Oasis
Love. This. Property. The outdoor area alone makes this one of the most unique properties on AMI. You walk through the front door straight into the backyard and it feels as if you have stepped into a tropical oasis. The pool, surrounded by palm trees, which provide a ton of privacy, weaves throughout the entire backyard. It has a swim-up bar area where you can enjoy your drinks, a shallow area for the kids (or lounging in the provided chairs), and a huge hot tub cascading into the main pool. There is also an eating area with a large flat screen that you can even see from the pool and the hot tub (my husband may have watched a few football games from there). Oh and don’t forget the putting green and loads of seating all around the pool. It’s truly the perfect family gathering space. Still not done with the outside because this house has four different balconies – two overlooking the pool area (I spent most of my time reading and lounging there), one overlooking the front of the property, and one literally on the top of the roof. This rooftop deck is perfect. I love a good a beach sunset, but there is something about just climbing a few flights of stairs with your family and friends and taking in that golden-hour to sun-down view. This was also the perfect place any sunbathing (where I spent the rest of my time) before taking a dip in the pool. And no worries, the inside is just as spectacular. There is so much natural light throughout the entire home and everything is perfectly decorated. The gathering area has an incredibly spacious kitchen, plenty of seating both inside and on the deck, and a separate bar area to serve all your drinks. It had the perfect number of bedrooms for our family gathering, and all the space we needed as well. The location is also ideal. It is only a 2-minute walk from the beach, a three-block walk from our favorite Acai Bowl in town, North Shore Café, as well as Pine Avenue shopping. The Sandbar is a short walk away and is the ideal location for dinner and sunset directly on the beach. If you’re looking to cook dinner at home, Captain Anthony’s has the best and freshest fish, and is only a short bike ride away from the property. It will be very hard for us to go anywhere else after finding such a wonderful property. I have already recommended this place to a few of our friends and will most certainly be back!

This rental home was hands-down the best place we have ever rented on Vrbo. It was decorated very modern and in beautiful blues and natural colors, extremely clean and well maintained. When we checked in the home was full of natural light and very welcoming. Our large multi-family group had ample space and everything we needed for a week at the beach, enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all our adult couples, teens, and kiddos to coexist happily for a whole week. We cooked in the kitchen several times and it’s well stocked with dishware and pots & pans. The best highlights for us: the amazing pool area with the hot tub - we spent nearly all our time there!), beach views from the rooftop, and the proximity to the beach! We were amazed how close we were to the softest sand and super blue water of AMI. I highly recommend Fine and Sandy, and the rental company AMI Locals as they were so responsive and easy to work with. Thanks for hosting us!
