Arrive at a beautiful coastal home with two garages and a private drive to accommodate four vehicles and follow the stairs to the main living floor. With a gorgeous open layout and bright natural lighting, you will love the plush living area set with sofas and a flat-panel television. The kitchen features upgraded stainless steel appliances, ample quartz counter space, and cookware essentials. Guests can sit at the cozy kitchen nook, the kitchen island, the formal dining room, or enjoy a mealtime on the balcony overlooking the canal.

Awaken refreshed from any of the five beautifully designed bedrooms with elegant decor, chic furnishings, luxury linens, bedside lighting to set the mood, and spa-like ensuite bathrooms. On the second floor are three bedrooms with king beds, ensuite bathrooms featuring step-showers, a half bathroom for guest use, and a walk-in laundry room with a washer and dryer. On the third floor is a seating area with a table and chairs, mounted flat-panel television, a wet bar, and two primary bedrooms. The primary suites can be accessed by elevator or stairs, and both feature king beds, a private terrace, walk-in closets, and amazing ensuite bathrooms with large glass-walled showers and standalone tubs.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
