Welcome to Lay'By, Too! This adorable ground-level vacation home boasts four bedrooms and three bathrooms, just four houses away from the nearest beach access with no streets to cross. The backyard features a splendid a private pool, BBQ area, and ample space for play. Plus, just up the street, you'll find an Anna Maria Island free trolley stop ready to whisk you around!

An open living room with comfy and colorful furnishings greets you as you are first walking in and to the right is the galley style kitchen with generous counter space and stainless-steel appliances. There is sitting at the kitchen island, a dining table, and out the French doors is the grilling area with an outdoor dining table.

The chic primary bedroom is designed for full comfort with a tv, plenty of space for vacation bags, and features an ensuite bathroom with a blue tilled step-in shower. Guests in the second and third bedroom will sleep soundly, and the fourth bedroom has an ensuite bathroom with an updated shower and tub combination. A bathroom with a shower and tub combination can be easily accessed through the hall.
