LOVED OUR STAY HERE!
Couldn’t have found a better place for our vacation. Great location, top notch cleanliness , great view, kitchen well stocked with all the basic needs and more, right down to blender and chopping boards and even glass and plastic containers to store food . Closets have plentiful towels and extra blankets and sheets- well cleaned and well kept. Just have to bring/buy paper towels, toilet paper, soaps , trash bags, dishwashing and washing machine detergent as per need. Clean pool and hot tub which we fully enjoyed. I could go on but I will sum it up by saying that I was sad to leave the place. It’s so homey and pretty and comfortable! A haven for those looking for a great place in a great location!

Perfect Location
We are from Florida and are familiar with the island. Nautical Tides was in the perfect spot in the middle of everything. You're right off of the cortez bridge, so it's very easy to get to from town. This house was so perfect for our family. The space accommodates large groups very easily. You’re super close to restaurants and shops, plus a short walk to the beach! You have literally everything you need here, too. Luxurious bathrooms and large bedrooms. Bright natural lighting, plenty of balconies for everyone to enjoy their morning coffee. We loved watching tv from the pool and hot tub. Such a wonderful visit, thank you!

Amazing Time
We had an amazing time, we loved the house. They have anything you’d ever need and more! The beach is walking distance, the pool is great! The sunsets and sunrises are AMAZING from the rooftop!!!! Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal!
"We were looking for a place near Bradenton where my granddaughter's young family recently moved, big enough to accommodate them and my family of 6. We found this wonderful location on Anna Maria Island - a well-constructed, spacious home with 6 beds, 6 baths, and a pool within walking distance to everything we needed. The beaches, restaurants, and shopping were all conveniently close. We enjoyed spectacular views and fully functional appliances, plus every room had a working TV. Whether we wanted to be together or spend time apart in small groups, there were plenty of options. We could walk to the beach, lounge by the pool, or relax in the spa. Everyone from 7 months to 70 years old was thrilled with this wonderful location. We hope this helps you make a decision. Excellent
Great location, very close to beach, bay, bars, restaurants and shopping. Fun! Very clean. Easy check-in and out so we can focus on R&R. Good stuff!

Nautical Tides
Nautical Tides was pleasant and comfortable. There was adequate room for our entire family (14) to gather and eat in the kitchen and adjoining family room with a TV. It was well furnished. There were plenty of towels, kitchen and household items. A stand alone video game was present and all ages were in competition for the highest score. Nautical Tides had beach chairs, beach cart and items for children to use in the pool. The pool and pool deck were of adequate size and a person was able to stay out of the sun if desired. A TV, foosball table, and table and chairs were present along with a grill for cooking. Nautical Tides is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, jet ski rentals, boat rentals, the beach, the free trolley, and a public library. AMI Locals was very responsive and courteous to any text message we sent . Check in and checkout was a breeze. All ages had a wonderful time and would return in the future.

Amazing home for a family getaway! Everything you need is there AND its a short walk to EVERYTHING!

Let me start by saying that Andrea is AMAZING! She was so helpful from the beginning when we booked all the way through to the end when my son thought he left his iPad on the couch after we had already made it to the airport in Tampa. She went to the house and looked for it for us...(we found it in a suitcase at check-in).

The drive from Tampa was a quick hour. We arrived and everything was just as described. It felt roomier than we even expected. The king size beds were perfect and there was enough space in the kitchen and living room for all of us to be there together comfortably. The pool seemed a little small when looking at it, but it was actually perfect for our needs and the kids had a blast in that and the hot tub. The pool area was perfect for evening dinners and a swim. The grill is a good size!

Foosball was a hit and the tables and chairs were sturdy and gave plenty of room for eating a meal.

The arcade in the bunk room on the first floor was also a kid favorite. There were games and cards and puzzles to keep the kids busy on a day when we had rain.

The garage was stocked with sand toys, boogie boards, an awesome cart to tote all of your "stuff" to the beach...and 4 awesome beach chairs that fit nicely on the end of the cart. The beach was a QUICK walk under the bridge by the Marina and we LOVED the proximity to the house.

We were fortunate enough to get ahold of Captain Larry (his boat was in the second slip by the pier) and go out deep sea fishing for 4 hours one afternoon and he was so knowledgeable and promised fish...which we weren't sure he could deliver...but he did! We came home with 25 fish (mostly snapper which was awesome) and had a yummy fish fry in the well-stocked kitchen. Larry is a 7th generation Floridian and has been fishing his whole life. He baited all our hooks and took our fish off every time...he helped teach us to fish and he then cleaned the fish all up and sent us home with just what we needed to cook. It was a GREAT experience and well worth the money.

Our favorite ice cream place BY FAR was Big Olaf's Creamery which was a short little walk from the house. Everything was a short walk from the house really!

The oyster bar at the end of the Pier was awesome too...and kids 10 and under eat for a penny an inch of their height!

We cannot say enough great things about this property and we will definitely be back again. Thank you Andrea for helping make this the best vacation EVER!

If you have a large group then this is a wonderful place to stay at. Andrea is easy to contact and had great tips for activities, shopping and for eating out. The home has a great location near beaches , restaurants and shopping,all in walking distance. If you have little children and worry about pool safety, then this is a place to stay at. The pool and hot tub is located on the ground floor and you can lock the door so they can’t enter the area without an adult present. We had a party of 14 which included 4 children and had plenty of room . Thanks Andrea for sharing your lovely home with us and helping us make wonderful family memories
