Palmetto Pointe

Amazing Experience!
We recently stayed at Palmetto Pointe with another family, looking for a peaceful beach getaway. It was incredible. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and 9 kids. Everything in the house was new, clean, and comfortable, with anything you needed close by, or within walking distance. The house itself had multiple rooms with plenty of areas for the kids and adults to spread out, and a lot of private deck options with overlooks. The rooftop deck and lower level pool area were our favorite areas to relax. By the pool, the swim up bar and jacuzzi (with a TV) were always in use, and there is a heated outdoor shower which was great to rinse off from the pool or the beach. Anna Maria Beach was about a 30 second walk from the house down a quiet street. The beach itself was very clean, private, and enjoyable. There were many cute little shops and dining options within walking distance, with a small bar/restaurant across the street, which we used for pizza a few times. Holmes beach and Bradenton beach were a short 5 minute drive if we were looking for a more populated beach/dining experience. We even snuck away to Disney for a day, which was about a 1h 45m drive each way. We had a great time, and highly recommend this property. We will be staying there again!

Great place for a vacation
Totally great spot for a vacation. The home itself was amazing. Great views, perfect location and high quality all around. The walk to the beach was an ideal distance while the proximity to the shops and restaurants was even better. You can’t go wrong renting this place. We are already making plans for years to come.

Hands down best rental ever!
Rain or shine, this house is nothing but amazing! I mention rain, because one day of our vacation it poured, and no one noticed. The house is so beautifully designed, it didn’t matter that you weren’t outside. The house is new construction, airconditioned, spacious and well equipped, many decks, huge kitchen with plenty of barstools, major play space with game tables, and the nicest pool and jacuzzi, with a heated outdoor shower. Everything is super clean. All the bedrooms, linens, bathrooms are 5-star hotel ready. Just steps from beautiful white sand, a block from the Sand Bar, restaurants, ice cream shops and souvenir stores. Fun bunkbeds with full size beds. Large garage and plenty of parking. Everything you need to have a great time and also personal space within the house. The location is perfect, closely located to everything! Highly recommend!

The Perfect Family Getaway
I hadn't been to Anna Maria Island prior to this trip, but Palmetto Point made my first impression of it & my family's stay there phenomenal. The house is built for family fun. They've got a million beds, the pool is freaking awesome, and the beach is less than 2 minutes from the front door. On top of this, the location is easily accessible from the main road which made grocery runs simple. Would highly recommend and will be returning as soon as I can.

Great Place
Super nice place. Clean, very spacious (sleeps way more than 8), and perfect location near beach. Crows nest on top was an awesome spot to watch the sun set. Pool and hot tub was awesome! Great kitchen and amenities. Would rent again.

Gorgeous, spacious, and clean!
My family stayed at Palmetto Point and it exceeded all of our expectations! The layout offers multiple places to relax and enjoy the island weather. The pool area was perfect for our family and the bedrooms were very spacious. We will definitely be booking another stay at Palmetto Point!

Great for a Large Family!
This home was perfect for my large family and was in a great location. Home is very close to many great shops and restaurants in downtown Anna Maria. Though there was lots to do in the area, our favorite thing about our stay was the awesome pool and backyard at the home. Great pool and jacuzzi with lots of outdoor space to spend time. I recommend this home to any family or group looking for a fun trip!

We stayed at Palmetto Point on Anna Maria. This house is nothing short of AMAZING! The home is gorgeous with top notch everything. The outdoor space is perfect for lounging the day away, watching sports, relaxing in the shade, enjoying the spa or sitting on a lounge chair in the sun! The beach is a one minute walk to the beautiful white sand. The water this year was the clearest we have seen yet! This home is in a great location very close to many shops and restaurants! I highly recommend this property and Anna Maria!
