Perfection!
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home beach/canal property on AMI! We had a great week with our family - son - fiancé, 2+2 grand children, daughter, and husband - 1 grandbaby our reunion was more than we expected. Plenty of room for everyone to find their own space - well equipped kitchen - plus all the extras.
Sunsets were amazing on the beach. August is always the hottest month - while we were there everyone had gone home so traffic was perfect!
We will be back - as we do every year!

Amazing!
This place is amazing! Loved the pool, the proximity to everything, and the overall comfort of 410 Pine Ave. Love that water toys were provided for both adults and kids. Would absolutely come back for the sunshine and vibes.

Beyond Expectations
Paradise on Pine is such a wonderful clean place. The pictures show that and it surpassed my expectations. The open floor plan with spacious kitchen, dining and living room was wonderful for our family get together. Beds are comfortable and everything else matches their comfort. Backyard swimming pool was serine for relaxation and it was fun to have access to the canal so we could kayak and paddle board right out the back door. Paradise on Pine was walking distance from water on both sides of the island, which was cool. In addition, it was walking distance from MANY businesses including restaurants, bars, art shops and many more. We loved the place and want to move in!!

Best AMI stay
We loved every minute of our stay at Paradise on Pine. Out of all our AMI visits this was the best. The house was perfect for our needs, extremely well stocked, and in such a great location. The boys LOVED being able to fish right from back dock. The owner was extremely helpful in answering our questions and providing us with the best host experience in our entire travel history. We can't wait to visit again.

Loved staying here!
We loved staying here. It was our first time visiting Anna Maria and this house had plenty of space, was comfortable and in the perfect location to explore the island.

Amazing- they thought of everything
Paradise on Pine was amazing! The hosts thought of everything, down to power strips and usb chargers on the night stands! Well equipped kitchen for eating in.
The coolest ice dispenser that made round ball ice cubes for cocktails. They literally have everything you need for a family stay for up to 10 people. Floats, coolers, towels, beach chairs, wagon, even paddle boards and sand toys. The view of the canal is so serene and the pool was perfect. This is an upscale place, not your everyday run of the mill beach house. Couldn't have had a better vacation. AMI locals was also a great agency to deal with. They were very responsive, professional, and polite.

Clean Property and Convenient Location
Overall the property was very clean and the location is convenient to Pine and Gulf Ave. Kayaks and paddle boards were a nice add in. Rooms are very large and beds are comfortable. Plenty of games and kitchen utensils available. We enjoyed our stay overall and had plenty of space for two families of four.

Amazing property: great location and AMI Locals were awesome!
We came to town for easter break. The house was decorated for easter which was a surprise and nice touch. The house is beautiful. Location is right in the hear of everything which made it easy to walk to shops, beach, restaurants, etc. AMI locals was awesome. Super responsive We will be back and would book again with this property manager. Thank you!!!

Relaxing, Comfortable, and Peaceful
This is a super home away from home. Everything is as the website describes and beyond. The location is ideal for experiencing all of the amenities Anna Maria Island has to offer. Everything is within a short walking distance (that is if you decide to leave the awesome house). The kitchen and living area is huge and allows space for everyone to lounge. The pool and outside area is great for relaxing. We absolutely loved staying here and will be back. I cannot recommend this property more.

Beautiful house on the water
What a wonderful house to stay in! We loved being on the water and so enjoyed everything about this lovely house. Having friends and family here to watch us get engaged on the patio at Harry's, our favorite little hidden gem!!

Highly Recommend
The attention to detail in this home is like none other. The view of the channel is stunning from every room. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything and more that you could possibly need. Quality design and decorations make you feel right at home the second you pull into the driveway. The rec center just a few blocks away, offers wonderful classes and our favorite, BINGO! Shopping, restaurants and beaches just a few blocks away. Wonderful location and home. Highly recommend.

such a special house
Paradise on Pine was magical. We all agreed that the photos do not do it justice. You could not ask for a better location!!! Pine Avenue, if you dont know, is the heart of AMI. This house is in the heart of the heart!!! Blew us away. The owner did such a great job on decorating and outfitting this house. It was incredibly comfortable and homey. The view of the canal out back is beautiful. We loved the living room and it looks like the bathrooms were just recently redone. The choices they made in this home were great! The kitchen is fantastic, especially if you love cooking like we do. There's more counterspace than we could've asked for. All around - this house is IT.

Great Easter vacay!
We had such a wonderful week at Paradise on Pine! You really made our Easter special. We love your home - the location, the pool, canal. We were so thankful for all the beach chairs, toys, umbrellas, beach cart, noodles, etc. We also loved the decor in the home. Loved our stay
We loved our stay at Paradise on Pine and couldn’t ask for anything more! This location is close to quaint shops and little restaurants and we loved being right on the water. The property is beautifully decorated and fully stocked from the kitchen appliances to beach toys. The elevator was a life-saver! We’ve been meeting family here for 9 years and would love to come back to this home.

Wonderful Family Vacation
We had a great stay with our kids and grandma and aunts and uncles. Walking distance to everything which was ideal for having guests of varying ages. Plenty of space in the very clean house. Very large master bedroom with space for my husband and I and two small children. Would love to come back!

Perfect house!
We all had an amazing time here! I loved that we could go kayaking whenever we wanted. It was such a fun and thrilling adventure to get here. The weather was perfect and the house was just the right walking distance from all of the stores/ shops. Perfect house for our family. It felt so homey. Me, my brother, and my grandpa played trouble for hours at a time. Cant wait to come back!

Amazing Trip
It was such an amazing trip! My family, friends, and I had so much fun in the canal and pool ( short walk to beach). This was the best possible house to stay! It is close to Publix so we could stock on food easily. This is the best house!

Great Home!
Enjoyed to the MAX. And the large canal was a gift and super view. Paddle boarding, fishing, kayaking. Main street is so fun. Interior is well appointed and gave our family and adult offspring (with grandchildren) privacy. It's a fine rental. Daughter used the concierge and thought wonderful. Great service.

Wheelchair accessibility
Although the home has many awesome features do not consider this rental if anyone in your party is in a wheelchair the bathrooms are NOT wheelchair accessible. Parking is limited to 4 vehicles as well which was a struggle for us having a boat.

Stayed for a week and loved everything about this property! The kitchen and living space is open and easy for the family to hang out. Great views over the canal, and the master bedroom was a dream. And the rental company was very responsive and helpful. We'll be back!
