Arrive at this angler’s and beachgoers paradise and be welcomed into an ocean hued living space with modern decor and bright light coming from the balcony. Guests can grab a seat on one of the comfy chairs and either watch a tv show or watch the sailboats go by and let their worries disappear. Chefs will love their dream kitchen, with high-end stainless steel appliances, upgraded cabinets, a hooded gas stove, and a spacious island with a farmhouse sink and countertop seating. Gather for meals at the dining room table and enjoy conversations with guests and Bay views.

Grand dreams await the primary bedroom’s four-post King bed with crisp linens, Bay views from the balcony, a spa-like ensuite bathroom with double vanity, a soaking tub under a custom chandelier, and a walk-in shower. Guests will get their best night’s rest in the second, third, and fourth bedrooms, which have delightful coastal decor, King beds, and ensuite bathrooms with walk-in showers. If you’re traveling with young kiddos the fifth bedroom is perfect for them with a twin-over-twin bunk bed with a trundle in and is decorated with seashells and starfish.

Choose to watch perfect sunsets from the beach or from the rooftop deck with drinks and hors d’oeuvres. Bring your kayaks and paddleboards (or rent locally) to your backyard dock, where you can fish and launch kayaks.

Take the free island trolley to nearby Coquina Beach and Leffis Key Preserve, or head north and explore Pine Avenue’s boutiques and restaurants. The Coquina boat ramp is nearby, so you can easily launch and explore the Gulf. 3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.
