Saltwater Palms

Perfect place!
We have stayed at a few places in Holmes Beach and this is our new favorite. It was the perfect place! Saltwater Palms had everything we could possibly need for our visit. It was beautifully furnished and very comfortable with plenty of space for our family. The beach access was a very short walk, as well as the trolley stop. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location, Perfect House!

We’ve been to AMI several times and this is by far the best place we’ve stayed yet. Newly renovated and perfectly located close to all the good restaurants on the island. One little side road away from The Ugly Grouper and a short golf cart ride from Rod and Reel pier. The place is beautifully decorated and set up with all the fun games like ping long and corn hole. Also perfect for 3 couples with the 2 king and 1 queen bedrooms. Not to mention it is only steps from the beach. We will definitely be booking saltwater palms on our next trip to AMI!

Wonderful vacation spot!
Saltwater Palms was an amazing rental. FIVE STARS for sure! Lovely decor, comfy beds, and so many extras such as ping pong, bikes, cornhole, and sturdy beach chairs. It was a very short walk to the beach and easy to carry everything in the provided wagon. The kitchen was stocked well with all necessities to cook. It was so nice to have two bikes and a bike lock for security. Our sons liked riding the bikes to get ice cream, coffee, and play pickleball and tennis at the nearby public courts. We were incredibly impressed with the cleanliness of this property! Multiple towels and washcloths were provided, as well. We also really liked the Ecobee thermostat- it kept the place very cool and comfortable in June. Our only suggestion for an improvement is to provide a better seating arrangement for the living room. After a long day at the beach, we wanted to watch a movie together (5 of us)- and the couch easily fit 3, but the 2 decorative chairs were not comfortable for our tall teenage boys. While I understand there is limited space to work with considering the layout of the room, perhaps the small decorative chairs could be replaced with larger pieces. We appreciated the outdoor water spigot to wash our sandy feet. We also liked the wonderful chaises on the deck. Saltwater Palms is in the perfect location for rest and relaxation! It was quiet and peaceful. It was a very short drive to Publix and a walk across the street to catch the free island trolley. The keyless entry was convenient and it was so nice that we didn't have to worry about carrying and sharing keys all week. We absolutely loved staying at this property and will keep it on our list to return to in the future! Thank you for sharing this lovely rental with our family- we had a wonderful week at AMI!

Most incredible vacay!!!!
We typically go to the Seagrove/Seaside area but had always wanted to come to AMI! We were so very excited we decided to come to AMI, as we had the most incredible vacation. The island was just the right amount of “busy.” Best part was the location of this beautiful home to the beach - literally right across the street, down just a bit to the public access, and we were on the beach! The house was breathtaking! Had everything we needed to get our trip started! Had 2 bikes, a beach wagon, floatable a for the beach, and coolers! You could get right off a jet plane and hit the beach! We drove for the experience and the drive was great! The screened in porch areas were a great place to relax and drive coffee and the ping pong table was a blast for the kids! We enjoyed some of the games as well! Our family of four with 2 preadolescent boys had their own space, which was great too! I could go on and on! Best place to be….seriously! Last thing I will leave you with was the most comfortable bed we had ever slept on while on vacay - that is ALWAYS a plus!! Hope you all enjoy this place as much as we did! We will definitely be returning!

Fabulous Place!
This was our first time in AMI. This home was lovely. It has been updated and beautifully decorated. This home has everything you need and much more. The location was perfect. Close to the the trolly stop and just a few steps away to the beach. Everything you need for the beach is provided. Beach chairs, wagon and a beach umbrella. We enjoyed having coffee every morning on the screened in porch. Fun area for kids/teens on the lower level of this home. Walking distance to the Ugly Grouper. Lots of other restaurants and shops close by. We really enjoyed this home and we will rent this home again. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

Great Spot!
Recently we stayed at Saltwater Palms with two other couples. We had a great time in this house. The fresh design made each of the hangout spots comfortable and fun. The ping pong table and other games were a big hit with our crew. Close proximity to the beach access and trolley made getting around easy. The owners took special care of small details that really made Saltwater Palms feel like home.

Awesome Place!
What an awesome place to stay! This townhouse was decorated absolutely beautiful, no details were missed, and the location was great. It was only about a block and a half from the beach and having the wagon, chairs, umbrella, etc, was great. We rented a golf cart and had a good time touring the island! We also enjoyed eating at several of the restaurants and the shopping was fun! This was our first time at Ana Maria Island and we're planning on going there again. Thanks again for the incredible experience staying at your townhouse!
