Welcome to Sea La Vie!
Vacay mode begins when you arrive to this newly, refreshed 3 bedroom /2 bathroom beach inspired townhome. Located in the relaxed, beach community of Holmes Beach, this charming home offers a fantastic location just two units down from the heated communal pool (access along the walkway from back deck) and only 2 blocks from the gulf beach sunsets! Rent a bike or golf cart and explore the best restaurants, cafes, and island boutique shops! Live life like a local with all the simple pleasures the island has to offer.
From the moment you step inside you will already feel the tropical vibes with this beachy-modern living space featuring a full kitchen and updated appliances filled with all of your culinary needs. The Master bedroom and bathroom is on first floor with two guest bedrooms and shared hallway bathroom on the top floor, giving added privacy for all the guests. Soak up those peaceful mornings with a cup of coffee on the screened lanai or grill up some local seafood from the bbq area with enough seating area for all to enjoy.
After a day at the beach you can make your way down to the heated, communal pool. Take a siesta in a lounge chair and drift away with the gulf breezes. Enjoy the views, explore the hidden gems of the island, and take with you the best memories!

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed. Please see our AMI Locals Rental Policies for full details.
This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.

Relaxing Getaway
I want to say what a great place Sea LA Vie was from the moment we walked in and put our bags down. The place was updated and modern and it just lets you relax the moment you sit down. The beach was great so close and enjoyable, they had everything we needed to enjoy the day. The island is great as well we walked everywhere from the breakfast places to the shops to the restaurants everything is minutes away. Nice relaxing place!
We went at Sea La Vie for our vacation week. We had a wonderful time! This is a very cozy place with a relaxing beach vibe! Everything was there for us to feel like home! The beach is not far (4 min walk). And speaking of the beach, it feels just like if we were in the Caribbeans with is white sand and crystal clear water. Great stay!
Just returned last week from AMI, and our stay at Sea La Vie was amazing. The home had the light, airy, beachy feel that we were hoping for. You can’t help but completely decompress as soon as you walk in the door. The back screened-in porch was so serene and tranquil. We enjoyed a cup of coffee there every morning. Proximity to the pool was great…just a few steps away. One of the greatest parts of our stay was the close proximity to the beach. Less than a five-minute walk! Great Vacation
My family and I had an amazing stay at Sea la Vie! We were provided with everything for the beach like a cooler, beach wagon, and chairs. It is very close to the beach. The house is centrally located on this beautiful island. The house is very well decorated and gives you the beach vibes you are looking for.
