Welcome to Sign of the Mermaid, a luxurious four bedroom, four and a half bathroom vacation home with a bonus loft that is just four houses from the sugary white sands of Anna Maria Island Beach. With inviting balconies, a large sparkling pool and spa, lushly landscaped grounds, and a generous patio space with a BBQ grill, this home will make your beach vacation out of this world!

When you enter this home away from home, you will see gorgeous coastal furnishings and modern touches that bring mermaid charm to this open floor plan. The living room has comfortable couches, a TV, and bright blue and tan hues that will make guests feel right on the beach. The fully-equipped kitchen sparkles in the sunlight, with upscale appliances and convenient countertop seating for hungry beachgoers. Share memorable meals at the dining room table under a decorative chandelier with lovely treetop views.

Soft colors and sunlight bathe the primary bedroom, with a lovely king bed with crisp linens, a private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity and a large walk-in shower. Guests in the second and third bedrooms will have a peaceful night's sleep. Each has a king bed, beautiful ensuite bathrooms, and unique tiled walk-in showers. Flamingos abound in the fourth bedroom, whose king bed will lull guests to sleep. The loft offers two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds for fun slumber parties. A large shared hall bathroom has a double vanity and a walk-in shower.

Enjoy beach access to the gorgeous Gulf just steps from your doorstep. Take a quick rinse in the outdoor shower, splash in the pool, and unwind in the hot tub. Relax on the deck chairs, have a cookout on the gas grill, and have a ping pong tournament inside just off the pool deck.

4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
