“Seas” the day at South Seas, a fantastic island vacation home with a unique waterslide that starts from the upstairs deck right into the home’s sparkling pool! This six bedroom and four and a half bathroom holiday is just minutes from the pristine Gulf of Mexico beaches, locally owned restaurants, and is near recreational and dog-friendly parks!

With high-end finishings including travertine marble floors and fine tiles, your friends and family will love the details of this home! The main living floor has a cozy seating area with a TV with a Wii and Xbox and a fully equipped kitchen with custom wood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. Dine with guests at the formal dining room table or open the sliding glass doors to the balcony and dine al fresco.

This home is perfect for big groups and families traveling together. There are two primary bedrooms, one on the second and one on the third floor. Each of these rooms has premium beds, balcony access, and ensuite bathrooms with two vanities and a walk-in shower. There are two King guest bedrooms with TV’s and one has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the third floor there are two bedrooms ideal for kids, one has two twins and the other has two twin bunk beds and they share the hall bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Keep your vacation clothes and towels fresh in the home’s washer and dryer, these can be found in the main floors half bath.

The most incredible feature of South Seas is the resort-style water slide that starts off the balcony and sling shots right down into the pool. You won’t find a faster slide on the island! In addition, this tropical oasis has an oversized poolside lanai with a dining table, flat-screen TV, and ping pong table.

The beach is just a quick walk away, where you can sink into the soft white sand. There are great restaurants just about everywhere you look, and up the street are public parks with tennis courts, dog parks, skate parks, and basketball courts.
