This unique waterfront property features 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a private heated saltwater pool just one block to Pine Avenue!

It is located on a secluded pond on the prestigious North Shore Drive in the City of Anna Maria. It is just a short stroll to Pine Avenue shopping and dining as well as our beautiful Gulf beaches. There are 4 bedrooms featuring King-sized beds. The 5th bedroom has a Twin over Twin bunk bed. There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room.

There are 3 full bathrooms, one downstairs and two upstairs. All of the bathrooms have walk-in showers.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
