An easy walk up the stairs and you’ll step inside to an open layout that’s simply beautiful that feels bright and airy. The living room is all about the pure comfort, where you can unwind on the plush sofas while streaming your favorite movie from the mounted flat panel tv. The fully stocked gourmet kitchen has all the culinary tools to craft a meal for the fam and can be enjoyed around the farmhouse style dining table. The upgraded stainless-steel appliances and quartz counters is complete with a breakfast bar and stools for extra seating. Open up the French doors to the screened lanai porch where you can enjoy your morning tea each day while taking in the water views from the canal. The 3 bedrooms are ultra-cozy decked out with premium bedding, ambient bedside lighting, and storage space to stow away your travel gear. The master suite is complemented with a king bed and modern ensuite bathroom with gold accents and a glass walled step in, marble shower. The last two bedrooms both feature king beds with a guest bathroom accessed from the hallway. The guest bathroom is designed with gorgeous blue subway tile around tub/ shower combo and a bright vanity w/ storage. After a sun-drenched day at the beach, you can rinse off the excess in your private outdoor shower before taking a refreshing dip in your private pool. Head over to the beach at sunset to capture the golden hues that fill the sky and maybe catch a dolphin or two playing.
