Welcome to Sweet Melissa’s Beach House! This charming three-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat awaits you just steps from the bay beaches. Step into the backyard oasis, complete with a private pool, sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table paired with a BBQ grill, perfect for gatherings with friends and family.

Walk into this vibrant paradise through the screened-in porch and enter the great room. There is a large sofa and TV for unwinding after splendid beach days. The fully equipped kitchen has unique cabinets, stainless steel appliances, and seating at the kitchen island.

In the main house, you’ll find a primary bedroom with a premium mattress and an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination. Meanwhile, the second bedroom has two twins – great for kids! Each room has a television, and the hall bath has a shower and tub combo. The final bedroom offers the allure of a private suite, with a separate entrance from the front and access from both the pool and hallway. Adorned with stunning flooring, this room features a plush bed, a sleeper sofa, and an updated ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, where you'll also find the washer and dryer conveniently tucked away.

3 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This home is managed by AMI Locals, an Anna Maria Island property management company.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
