This beautiful single-level home's living room provides a relaxing atmosphere with its warm neutral tones and a contemporary seating arrangement, including a comfortable sofa, side chairs, and a TV. The spacious kitchen boasts new appliances, basic cookware, gorgeous countertops that make meal preparation a breeze, and a dining room table. The enclosed lanai serves as an additional air-conditioned living space with outdoor seating and a TV, inviting you to converse and spend hours of quality time with your loved ones.

You can look forward to a fantastic night's sleep in the primary bedroom. It is outfitted with crisp linens, ample storage space, and an ensuite bathroom that features a walk-in shower. The two guest rooms have premium mattresses and televisions. The hall bath has a beautifully designed backsplash, modern lighting, and a shower and tub combination.
