Awesome place!!

We loved staying here. The house, pool, beach location were perfect for us. With so many bedrooms/baths we were able to spread out and have privacy as well. House decor was very pretty too -- the online photos don't do it justice.

Tropical paradise
We stayed at Tortuga Bay for 7 nights and had such a fantastic experience. The property is pristine and very clean and smelled like fresh cotton on arrival. There was not one thing out of place and all the decor was perfectly fitting for a beach rental. The bedrooms were small with the exception of the master but the beds were large and the bedding was very comfortable. The bathrooms were very clean and nicely updated. The kitchen was also nicely updated with stainless steel appliances and a nice sized pantry to store all the endless vacation snacks. There was everything you needed for grilling and cooking which was very appreciated. The grill was nice and had an extra tank of propane which was a nice touch. The tiki hut by the grill is awesome and even has a fan and overhead light which we used every night. The pool is a dream with the water slide and the shaded tiki hut table and hot tub. The pool was immaculate as well as the backyard vegetation and dock area. The pool closet had everything needed for the beach including chairs, wagon, toys, umbrellas as well as pool toys, floats and fishing poles for the dock. We took our kayaks and were able to launch them from the dock without too much difficulty. There was a lot of fish and we even saw a manatee our last night right off the dock! We loved the proximity to the beach as it is 1 block to a good access point. There are a few shops and restaurants within walking distance but we opted for an 8 person golf cart which made for an unforgettable stay, a must have on the island and very fun for the kids! Overall we were extremely happy with this rental and will be back to AMI without hesitation next year!

Perfect Getaway!!!
Take it from a Floridian. I live about 1hr 30min from this location and have a in ground pool. Just wanted to get away for a few days The place was awesome all about location. It rains randomly in Florida and did on our trip but we were still able to use the pool and go to the beach. The beach is literally a 1 min walk. The pool and spa were amazing. The kids loved the slide. There is plenty of outdoor sitting, grill and Tiki Hut. Beach wagon, boogy boards,. And beach chairs. We brought our fishing poles to fish off the doc which was relaxing even though we didn't catch anything. The house was very clean and comfortable. Alot of shops, bars, and ice cream shop within walking distance. It is definitely a place we would stay again. We did not have any reason to contact AMI because everything was perfect! The only thing I would recommend is a bigger couch so everyone can sit.

Beautiful home in great location

A nicely remodeled home just steps from the beach. Also a short walk to my favorite place, Slims. View from the back is incredible. Pool and hot tub are perfect end to the day. I’ll be back!

Perfect place for a family vacation!
This vacation home has the best location you could ask for. Steps out the front door you have the beach and steps out the back door you have the bay. We mainly were concerned with the walk to the beach as we had five small children with our party but the walk was not far at all and easy to do. Beach was not crowded in this particular location which was awesome! We are from Florida and we brought our boat but we did not even get a chance to put it in the water we stayed busy and had so much fun without even using it. What makes this place is the outstanding pool! We never seen anything like it before! Perfect for large families, plenty of room to spread out in. Our five grandchildren faces lite up when they seen the pool. We celebrated our youngest granddaughters birthday turning five and we had a cookout and sat under the shaded tiki hut. The tiki hut had the perfect amount of shade. We made some great family memories. The kitchen was well equipped with appliances and dinnerware. We were very happy with our stay. And the girls from AMI locals were very happy to help with anything we may need or have concerns with.

Family Vacation
My husband and I had a wonderful vacation with our two daughters and their family. The house provided us with the comfort of a home away from home in the warm Florida sun.

What A Gem On North End
We decided to stay in Anna Maria vs the usual Bradentin Beach/Holmes Beach. We found the Anna Maria section to be cleaner, more serene and the place to disconnect. The location of Tortuga Bay is unbeatable. It sits on the best parcel of land on all of AMI! Directly on Bimini Bay where we fished and hooked some snook. Also, saw ballyhoo and lots of mullet jumping all day and night. A three minute walk to the beach and three minute walk to The Porch and one of the best meals you can find on all of the island! No need for a golf cart either! We used four of the five bedrooms. The master was super comfy and the water pressure in the huge walk in shower was fantastic! We even grilled our final meal on the Tiki Hut barbecue! The photos represent the home accurately but do yourself a favor a book this gem today! It was hard leaving Tortuga Bay behind! Thank you for the hospitality AMI Locals! Can't wait to do business again!
