Under the Sea is an amazing 4 bedroom luxury home just a few doors down the street from the sugary white sands of Anna Maria Island Beach! It boasts private balconies, a large heated private pool with spa, lushly landscaped grounds, four generously sized bedrooms with king-sized beds, and an open bunk bed loft area at the top of the stairs to enhance our guests' comfort and offer plenty of space for relaxing moments during your stay here.

The main living area features an expansive open floor plan with a fully stocked gourmet kitchen opening up to the dining area and family room. The desirable set up of this home offers ample space for entertaining, and the kitchen also has plenty of room for several cooks and is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a delightful meal and has new high-end appliances, plus a great selection of dishes and cookware. The tropically landscaped backyard offers a peaceful area to relax by the pool and soak in the spa after a long day of play on the beach. There is a small shallow area in the pool that is perfect for those little swimmers who want to splash around and play or for you to simply lounge in the pool and sunbathe on a hot day. Amenities include an outdoor shower, lounge chairs, dining table, and a gas grill for outdoor cookouts.

*Please note: 4 cars maximum are able to park at this home. We ask our guests to please plan accordingly and coordinate with your group. There is no overnight parking available for additional vehicles.

This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals.* Weight limit of 50 lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
