Welcome to Villa #3, a stunning beach bungalow with one-bedroom and one-bath. Island West Resort is a beautiful resort with unique villas located two minutes from the Gulf of Mexico with a shared pool and BBQ grills. It boasts comfy outdoor couches and lounge chairs surrounded by tropical landscaping.
Inside is an inviting open living space with a plush sleeper sofa, a flat screen tv, and a kitchen with stainless steel appliances, vibrant backsplash, essential cookware, and a kitchen table that can seat up to four guests.
Fall asleep to gentle sway of the palm trees outside in the luxury King bed with crisp linens. Down the hall is the bathroom that features a shower and tub combination.

Across from The Beach
These villas are so cute. We were so excited pulling up and seeing the pool area. it's so quaint and private. The other guests we encountered also raved about this place when we arrived so that assured us, we made a great decision. The unit is clean and fresh and smells nice. It was cozy but had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was an easy walk to the beach. Grocery is close by and a nice easy walk to get to as well. The price was right, and it is exactly what we were looking for. AMI Locals is easy to communicate with and they are very responsive. Can't wait to come back. GREAT Location!
The villa is in a GREAT location (1 block from the beach). The beach is absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely come back again! Anna Maria is such a hidden gem and I think what really made our experience amazing was the villa's location. The villa itself is clean and quaint. Amazing! Dreaming of the day we go back!
The pictures truly do not do this house justice; it is even more beautiful in person! Every feature is exceptionally well, we had an amazing time. My wife and daughters did not wanna leave. We stayed with another family friend and we are already planning our next trip back. The kitchen is great for entertaining a big family as well as the outside BBQ area. To make the house even more perfect, I would suggest putting a huge trash container in the downstairs pool/entertaining area. Other than that, we had no issues! On top of how amazing the house was, we booked with Amanda and she helped us with any questions we had. Service 10/10!
