Seashell #5 was a great place to stay. The villa was very clean. No closets or dressers but I knew that ahead of time so came prepared. Did not end up being an inconvenience at all. AMI Locals was great to work with. Have already booked for 3 weeks next year

This was one of the best places my friends and I have ever stayed! The backyard was perfect, friendly neighbors in the other villas, and a very close walk to the beach. It was the perfect size and equipped with everything we needed and more! The person I communicated with at AMI locals was very understanding and compliant with any questions I had. The place had plenty of room, great views and just a great experience overall!

My wife and I needed a place to unwind for a couple of days and this property was great. It’s cozy and it offers plenty for their guests. Check them out!! The property management company, AMI locals communication is top notch, they are very responsive and helpful. I’d recommend anyone to stay at their properties, especially if you and your significant other want to take a break from your daily routine then this is the place. I will bring the rest of my family next time and rent a different place and will also rent again for another getaway with my wife in the near future. Thank you AMI Locals!!

Perfect Getaway
Our vacation was FANTASTIC!!! Mainly because our Villa was perfect!! It was in a great location!! We were in between two great hubs. Bradenton Beach and Anna Maria Island. Basically everything was in walking distance. It was quiet and relaxing where we were. We literally were a block away from the beach. It even included some surprises. One was I’ve never been to a rental where the grill worked and worked well. The second surprise was that the refrigerator had an ice machine and filtered water. The villa was clean and decorated well. We loved the pool that was just steps away. Pool was clean and the area was well stocked with lounge chairs, table and chairs (we ate breakfast out there every morning and two dinners), and was beautifully landscaped.
