House was decorated so nice with a beach vibe. Beds were comfy and tons of pillows. pool was amazing! Very short walk to the beach. Took the Trolley to explore, stops were so close to the house. Watched the amazing sunset from the beach every night. Was truly a week n Paradise.

Walking on Sunshine

This was a great home for the three of us to spend a week. While the house is on a busy road, it is only a little over a block walk to the beach. I've stayed at other rentals on the island, and this by far, was the most up-to-date and conveniently located (1/2 mile walk to Publix, etc). The backyard space was like a sanctuary - truly lovely.

We recently enjoyed this beautiful home for a week with our two teenagers. The home is beautiful and the backyard is stunning - very private and beautifully landscaped and maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Everything is exactly as it looks in the pictures. It does face a busier street but traffic is very quiet at night and the 3 minute walk to the beach was easy. It’s close to the grocery store and Walgreens and a lovely ice cream shop! We had an excellent spring break. We look forward to returning in the future.

Great location, pool and clean!
My wife and I had a great stay here and would definitely stay here again. It is very centrally located with a 2 minute walk to the beach! It is on the main road but the road noise did not bother us at all, inside or out back on the beautiful patio with pool. AMI Locals has a great communication system using texts and was very responsive, but we did not have any significant issues, mostly just suggestions and questions. There are two master suites with private bathrooms and walk-in showers with the 3rd bathrooms right next to the 3rd bedroom.

This rental was very clean , well equipped, and very short walk to the beach as described. Pool was a lovely perk after a long day at the beach and we would definitely rent again !

My wife and I stayed here for a week. The house was exactly as advertised and so was the location. It was nice to spend half of the day at the Beach and then return to the house to spend the rest of the day at the very private pool. We will definitely rent this house again.

This lovely property is very conveniently located, short walk from the beach. It was clean with amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. The pool was perfect for our family and we enjoyed it. Communication with AMI was timely and appropriate. Plenty of towels, sheets, and other necessary items. Overall, would highly consider renting again.

Lovely Property!
Four of us enjoyed this cute beach house. It is updated and well appointed. The pool was immaculate and Mike and Mike keep the landscaping pristine. We noticed there are no flashlights, candles or matches in case the power fails. Also, nowhere to leave items like olive oil, spices, coffee, etc for the next renters. Kitchen has open cabinets and nowhere to store those extras. The location is walking distance to pharmacy, small eateries, and an easy drive to church and the local Publix. We had a few issues with the house code, etc but the management company addressed them. I have back problems so the metal chairs in the kitchen were uncomfortable for me. And the house could use a few more end tables/bedside tables and perhaps a straight chair in the bedrooms. We are seniors, so comfort matters to us. Overall, it is a great house in a wonderful location and the owners obviously take wonderful care of the property. We will probably return.
