Anna Maria Island Tree Plantings for National Arbor Day

Join us for National Arbor Day, where each of the three Anna Maria Island cities positively impacts our planet by planting trees and nurturing them. 

The City of Anna Maria will plant a native tree at 310 South Bay Boulevard, the park just north of Villa Rosa Way, at 8:30 am

At 9:00 am, the City of Holmes Beach will plant a native tree at City Field located on Flotilla Drive at the intersection of 59th Street.

At 10:00 am, the City of Bradenton Beach will have its observance with a Silver Buttonwood tree planting at Annie Silver Community Center located on 23rd Street North at the intersection of Gulf Drive. 

In addition, the Anna Maria Island Chamber of Commerce will have a ribbon-cutting ceremony for the Center's new outdoor amenities purchased with the Chamber's Trolley Grant.
