Couldn't ask for a better place to stay
It always tough for me when I'm trying to find the right rental for my vacation. I always spend hours/days pouring over different options trying to determine the best possible location and house. I'm elated we ended up at Kay's Landing. The house is a palace. Each room had comfortable king beds and a private bathroom (with one room having bunk beds for kids). We had 6 people, but could have had more than twice that many without feeling crowded. The interior design was a dream for the instagrammers in our group, not to mention the rooftop hangout! Great view of the skyway and the gulf. The pool deck below the house was perfect for the adults who wanted to warm up in the sauna and the toddler who needed a wading pad to splash around. We didn't go fishing this trip, but next time we will for sure rip some lips and fire up the grill that was poolside. The location was even better than we anticipated. We walked to the pier and made multiple 60 second walks to get ice cream and snacks/beer from the store 2 doors down. We also rented bikes and a Moke golf cart from Beach Bums one door down (strongly recommend). We biked to eat breakfast, lunch, and dinner for places within a mile or so, and anything further we carted. If you've read this far...just book it and you can blame me if your disappointed (you won't be).

Best place to stay on AMI
If you are looking for the perfect place to stay while on vacation in AMI with all the amenities within walking distance, look no further! This property was above and beyond all expectations I could have imagined. The house was very clean and welcoming. We were able to enjoy the sunsets and ocean view from the private deck and the back patio was great to relax on. The house is minutes away from the ocean and pier and there are many great restaurants and shops located within walking distance as well. The shop next door has great breakfast. Overall our stay could not have been any better! I will for sure be coming back to stay the next time we visit Florida. You will not be disappointed!

AMAZING STAY
This was truly the stay of a lifetime. The amenities, location, and cleanliness were all AMAZING! The owners were extremely accommodating during our entire stay. We will forever continue to book this property as it's now our new found favorite in the area. 10/10 would recommend.

Kay's Landing is Top Shelf
Just wrapped a fantastic weekend at Kay’s Landing on Anna Maria Island. The house was great, the layout, kitchen and living area were open, welcoming and enough room for all of our party. The outside was …. The deck areas, the pool and spa area, and the deck up top that allowed for some spectacular views of the gulf and Skyway bridge. Kay’s Landing is ideally located and close to all you could want or need for your vacation. Will definitely be back!!

Lovely large home for multi generational family vacation
If you are looking for many families to get together - parents, children, grand parents, etc this is the ideal home. It has numerous floors each with 2 - 3 bedrooms with a comfortable king bed and private bathroom. The decor is very lovely and the house could easily have accommodated a few more. The pool was very private and lovely and so was the miniature golf, pool table and foosball table. There was plenty to do together or in small groups. Location was ideal! Walking distance to the beach, pier and restaurants. We will definitely plan to return - so much more to do and see!

Fantastic spot!
This home was perfect for our family get together. Spacious and beautiful. Each room has its own bathroom! Enough room to enjoy and spend time together but not feel crowded. Super cute area and close to the beach! Would come here again without a doubt!

Look no further
My boyfriend & I recently stayed at Kay's Landing and we were completely blown away. The property was breathtaking and there are so many things to do not only within walking distance, but in the surrounding cities. Do not miss out on this one of a kind stay, you will not regret it!

Great home and fantastic location!
This house had all the bells and whistles. The yard and pool were amazing. The games and putt putt were great and the pictures do not do it Justice! It was great for a large family get together. Also the view from the rooftop was the perfect spot to watch the sunset. We enjoyed the home so much and would absolutely stay again next year.

Amazing Stay!
We absolutely loved staying here, words can't describe how incredible the property is and how great the location is! Walking to the beach or pier is just a few blocks in either direction. Great restaurants all around, truly no need for a car at all! Hanging out on the rooftop for sunsets was amazing and the views are incredible! We had an amazing time as well lounging at the pool and the hottub at night! Truly an amazing experience and will be coming back again!

Incredible, peaceful, fantastic location
We rented this house to celebrate my wife’s parents wedding anniversary and her father’s birthday. This house comfortably housed 6 adults and 4 children with rooms to spare. The house was spacious, well lit, comfortable, and a perfect haven when we weren’t in the sun. The house itself is equipped with an amazing kitchen, game room, and pool/putting green that kept us entertained. The location of the house is impeccable. I was able to shop at the general market next door, and walk the pier every morning. You will not find a better location than this. I will absolutely rent this retreat again in the future. Such a fun experience.
