Stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and custom cabinets that are stocked with the essentials makes the kitchen an easy place to prepare meals for those stay at home nights. 3 spacious bedrooms designed with pure comfort and luxury bedding create a serene atmosphere so you can wake up refreshed for a full day of sunshine on the beach. Two of the bedrooms feature queen beds and the third bedroom is styled with 2 twins and two bathrooms with shower/ tub combos are accessed from the hallway. You’ll love the calming space in the Florida room that’s a large lanai enclosure for those morning coffee talks all while taking in the tranquil scenery from your backyard oasis. Pool days ahead with your private pool and lounging area with plenty of seating to dine under the stars after grilling up your catch of the day. Endless outdoor fun with your family and friends!

From sunrise to sunset, sunbathe on the white powdered sanded beaches, bodysurf the waves, or take a stroll along the coastline from the the Gulf Shores to the Bayside. This property allows pets - there will be an additional pet fee associated. AMI Locals Pet Policy: Dogs are allowed under certain conditions and ALL animals, including service animals, must be disclosed and approved prior to arrival. We cannot accept cats. *Please note that there will be an additional non-refundable pet fee charged upon approval by AMI Locals. * Weight limit of 50lbs max total for 1 or 2 dogs combined. No dangerous breeds allowed.

We do not accept reservations from anyone under 25 years of age. We do not allow persons under 25 to occupy a property unless accompanied by someone over 25 years of age.
